“Celebrity’s Paradise” is a breathtaking gulf front condominium in Watersound Beach. This condo is so close to the water - it will seem like you are living right on the crystal white sand! You will be afforded unobstructed views of the beach and fantastic sunsets!
From the moment you enter this condo, you will know you are at the beach with the calming feel from the New England style theme. With modern furniture and style, the blues and yellows throughout the living area allow for a relaxing feel while taking in the views of the emerald coast. The pictures do not due justice to the beauty of “Celebrity’s Paradise”.
The state of the art kitchen offers custom cabinets and Viking stainless steel appliances. The granite counter top breakfast bar offers seating for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen television. With plenty of room to gather and enjoy each others company. Each morning you can take in the views while enjoying a family breakfast at the dining table that seats 6.
With an open floor plan, it allows privacy for each bedroom on the outer sides of the living area. The Master Suite offers a King size bed with amazing gulf views. The master bath boasts granite dual vanities, garden tub, and a glass shower.
On the opposite side of the living room are two additional bedrooms. One with a Queen size bed with private bath with direct access to the balcony. The other bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. Connecting these two rooms is the office area, with WIFI and desk for those that need to email pictures home to friends.
With windows surrounding the entire living area, there are private decks adjoining living and sleeping areas.
Designed and built in a Nantucket style, Watersound Beach has a beautiful community pool with an outdoor fireplace, hiking and biking trails and a raised boardwalk over the sand dunes to the very private beach. There are also on site bike and kayak rentals, as well as beach service for a fee.
Do not forget to enjoy the surroundings of the community, with just a short drive to Rosemary Beach. With shopping and dining to your hearts content, you can also sit back and relax under the stars at one of the summer concerts in Rosemary Beach or Seaside. Just a little further of a drive is Panama City Beach and the new addition of Pier Park. The outdoor mall offers shopping, and activities for the whole family. They also offer dining at some of the world most famous restaurants like Margaritaville or Nashville's Famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. Or for those rare rainy days you can check out a movie at the Grand in Pier Park.
For the golfer at heart, Watersound’s golf course, Camp Creek, just recently opened for public.
