We are offering a beautiful, five bedroom, four bathroom villa situated in the exclusive VistaPark Resort, a popular holiday resort that is situated in the popular area of Davenport. You get the benefits of space, privacy, freedom, and private pool of an executive villa with games facilities including pool and foosball, when you want to relax away from the sun and the pool.
Our villa benefits from a large patio, offering welcome shade if required. It also has an extended sun deck for the serious sun worshippers. The deck has fans and lights, allowing you to relax outside long into the evening. With a view of the Disney parks, the spectacular Disney fireworks make a wonderful backdrop to an evening barbecue by the pool, and in the morning you can waken up to Epcot glistening in the distance.
There is a pool alarm for the safety of our younger guests and, should you need it, a pool heater for an extra charge.
With two master suites, the villa is just right for the extended family or a group of friends to share. There are no inferior sleeping arrangements at VistaVilla, so no sofabeds, but there is a cot (and high chair) for our younger visitors. Both master suites have full en-suite facilities (a bath and a shower) with American king-size beds and cable TV. There are also 2 twin bedrooms with twin beds, and a double bedroom downstairs with easy access to the downstairs bathroom with shower. This makes the house ideal for those with limited movement.
We also have a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey and foosball, so great for that holiday games tournament.
Our villa gives you an excellent base for your Florida holiday. There is an excellent range of supermarkets, shops and restaurants just a short drive or taxi ride away. It also provides a peaceful haven to recharge your batteries after fun days at the parks or beaches.

We really appreciated the location of this house. It was 15 minutes from all the Disney parks and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store. The house was nicely furnished and very clean. We were taken aback though when there weren't any hospitality items like paper towels, dish soap, hotel-sized shampoos, extra toilet paper or trash bags. We have rented from owner-operated homes and they had all of these items plus cooking items such as salt and pepper. We would not recommend paying for the pool to be heated. The management company only runs the pool from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon so the pool never heats up because the night-time air cools the pool off. We told Kevin, the manager, to run the pool 24/7, but he just laughed at us. We do think this is a very nice place to stay and overall had a very good experience. Just a few tidbits to better prepare the next guest...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About: We are a British family with two kids, and we love Florida, the sun, the parks and so on. We love our villa and are really keen for others to enjoy when we're not able to be there.
Why Vistapark Resort:
We love the peaceful location as a break from the buzz of the attractions, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and especially the Disney parks.
We have the added bonus of being able to see some of the Disney parks from our villa.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We love everything about our central Florida location. We are 5 minutes from shops and great restaurants, meaning we can choose to get dressed up and eat out, or get some food in and sit in the pool area and do some grilling!
We're also only 20 minutes from the theme parks, and about a similar distance from the new Legoland theme park.
Our resort is very quiet, our home is a great size, we just love it and as soon as we get home, we're desperately looking forward to our next trip.
