1 BR- Nicely furnished all tiled one bedroom lake front Condo, DVD, players, two 25 inch color TVs, one king-sized Ultra Sealy Pillow top mattress and a Lazy boy sleeper sofa double bed. Breakfast bar and two seat pub table, ceiling fans and a big tiled balcony overlooking the pool, lake and ducks. Note: Please do not hang towels or clothes on the railing of the balcony...
Very nice location and well kept property..
Park your watercraft right out back with easy viewing from the Condos balcony or in the backyard at the 2 bedroom. Pets under 15 pounds permitted at both units, please leash them and pick up after them while outside.Pets are not allowed on the balcony or backyard unattended.
2 BR- Big 2 BR Loft with huge yard to BBQ and kids can play, park your boat right out the backdoor in the backyard the Marina is 100yds away with boat and jet ski rentals.Gorgeous updated kitchen fresh paint/ no smoking/ tiled bottom floor berber upstairs W/D in full kitchen. Sleeps 9/10 plenty of parking.
Just bring your food and clothes its clean and ready for FUN!!

Deposit of $300 is due when booking date. these rates include all utilities
Payment of rental is due upon receiving the key to unit.
Deposit will be voided/refunded after unit is checked out and will be mailed back
Please straighten up unit and take out all garbage,you do not have to clean.
