A Michigan vacation getaway cottage available for rent June through September. Completely renovated in 2006 with all new electrical, carpets, kitchen cabinetry and paint. Rental rates are $900 per week. This cottage accommodates four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Cottage has heat and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans. Linens, towels and paper products are not supplied. The screened in porch is on the lake side of the cottage and has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The lakefront property has sandy bottom lake, dock, picnic table and barbecue grill. There is also a fire pit for evening campfires. One rowboat with oars and life jackets is provided.
Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage is not wheelchair accessible.
This secluded cottage is surrounded by trees. Water recreation on the lake includes swimming, fishing and water skiing. Green Lake covers 2063 acres and has a water depth of 102 feet. Fish include rainbow, brown, lake trout, large and small mouth bass, perch and pike.
Located 5 minutes from the Interlochen Center for the Arts, you can enjoy first rate entertainment. Classical music and dance concerts are given daily by the international students and faculty. The cottage is directly across the lake from the Center for the Arts. Summer concerts are also available with "big name" artists.
