Loved it! Why would you stay at a hotel?

Everything you could possibly want to do is close to this condo. All the Disney stuff (parks, Downtown Disney, Disney Boardwalk) are less than 10 minutes away, Seaworld stuff is about 15 minutes and Universal is about 20 minutes. You couldn't ask for a better home base for your vacation. The outside of the unit is a little long in the tooth, but don't let that worry you because the inside looks to have been renovated, has nice furnishings and is exactly as the pictures show. We had a couple days that allowed us to use the pool/jacuzzi and the area is very relaxing and a very short walk from the condo. The condo is a nice size and could easily sleep 8 (3 bedrooms and 2 very comfortable couches) even though it was only my wife and I staying there. We had a few issues upon arriving at the condo (A/C would not go off while on auto and the fan in the second bedroom was making grinding noises) but one call to the property manager and they were there that afternoon and fixed everything in one visit. Great customer service! If we get back to Orlando we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Ray!

Great Place and Location

Our family just returned from a eight day stay at this awesome condo. The pictures are very true. There were 4 adults and 3 young children, plenty of room for everyone. Kids were very happy as there were 4 flat screen tv's one in each room. Having a large washer and dryer was also great. The Kids did use the pool one day and it was very close to the condo. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Walgreens, Walmart, SeaWorld, Disney and the major freeways that lead to all the other attractions. Also we did decide to stay for an extra day and the owner was wonderful to allow this and only charged a small amount extra. We would all go back here again, thanks Ray you made our vacation great!

This condo was amazing!! My 2 boys and I loved it!! :) The pictures are exactly what you can expect. It was very clean and comfortable and felt like home while we stayed here. We had everything we needed to have and my kids even found some water toys for the pool. We had so much room and had so much to do in the area. Location is close to everything!! Thank you Ray for sharing your wonderful place with us and I will certainly keep your info for another visit. It was a little difficult to find, but it was dark and late but we managed. :)

Just 4 adults (two family members from Ohio) had plenty of room in condo. Location placed us very close to Disney (less than 10 minutes) and plenty of restuarants and stores close by. Condo was very nice, could use some new linens but overall everything was very comfortable. Had some difficulty finding specific building (got there late at night) but were able to figure it out on our own. Great value for price. We did not use any of the amenities...all day at Disney parks. thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. We had a problem with the Internet and with one call to Ray it was fixed immediately. The condo is in a great location close to everything you could want. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which was just a short walk from the condo. There was lots of parking for us and our guests. The grandkids stayed with us a few days and there was lots of room for them to run around in. I would definitely rent this condo again.

As a family of 5 with three young children, we needed a home-away-from -home for our breaks from the hectic excitement of our Disney vacation. This condo was perfect. Although only a few miles from the parks, it was removed enough that we were truly able to relax between visits. I appreciated the washer and dryer because it meant that I didn't get home from vacation with a week's worth of laundry to do! We've used VRBO for four vacations now, and I would reserve this condo again if we return to Disney.

This was a great deal for this condo. It was very nice, clean, quiet, and in a great location. The pictures tell no lie. We felt at home for the week. Everything is within minutes of restaurants, attractions, and shopping. My family enjoyed the pool...even in November!!! Thanks Ray! We will denitely stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed Oct-9-15 2012 the condo was very nice we had everything we needed. Parks were very close and easy to get to . I do fill like their should be a better way of getting the keys to the condo it was to for away and not very convenient , also parking lot needs more lighting. I would recommend this condo for your vacation stay, it's 5 mins away from major restaurants, shopping and disney world, it's also family oriented and kid friendly. The only thing that I would change is the key pick up and drop off. Ms Bain Nassau, Bahamas

Came down from Canada to meet up with relatives from Scotland and enjoy Disney/Universal together. Ray's place was perfectly situated and close to everything!! Clean. All the amenities you could possibly need and quiet! Would definitely stay again.

We were really impressed when we open the doors to the condo. It was very clean and well kept. Very comfortable and spacious, close to shopping area, food etc. The owner is always available when you call which is good if you have any questions or problems... I would DEFINATLY stay here again when visiting Florida... The only thing Ray, please make it easier to get the keys :o)...

We came to Florida for our Honeymoon/ Vacation and This place was awesome!!!! We had everything at our fingertips and everyone was so helpful and kind!!!! Very close to everything!!! Wish we could have stayed longer, alot longer!!! Very Clean and talk about some luxury in a condo, this place has it! Washer and Dryer, big screen TV in every room!!!!! Just the best vacation ever!!! Want to come back and stay here every year for our anniversary!!! Talk about comfort and convenience!!!! Just AWESOME!!!

This condo is large with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is clean, and is as shown in the photos and description. It is very easy to get to all of the Orlando attractions you may be visiting. Plenty of places to eat within a short driving distance as well. When you can find a place this large, updated and for the price; there is no need to stay at one of the hotels in the area. This is a much better deal. We will look into staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Just returned and had a great time. Place was renovated just as he stated and everything worked well. Spacious and clean and our two kids had a great time as well. Location is close to all attractions and it is easy to get to I-4 which takes you everywhere. The complex was safe, clean, spacious and offered a clean pool and a small fitness area if you're so inclined. A really nice place to stay, no complaints and the owner was helpful and got back to us whenever I needed which served to put me at ease since I picked this place randomly.

This condo is a roomy well maintained place close to all the main shops and attractions. We spent a week here with our grandchildren and even the children made comments on how nice the condo was. Great for either long or short term stays

My dad rented this condo for my husband and I to stay at while we were on our honeymoon. Great location; very close to the theme parks, the Florida Mall, shops, etc. Directions were easy to follow to pick up the key and from the dropbox to the condo. The condo was beautiful and well kept. Very clean. If you like to cook while on vacation, you may want to bring some of your own cookware to help supplement the basic cooking supplies already available. We recommend going to the local eateries, Epcot, Universal City Walk and the Florida Mall for some great shopping! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Getaway

I travelled down there with my friend and her family for an extended weekend. There were eight of us all together. The condo was clean, convienient to the Disney parks, and a short walk to the pool. The condo was super-spacious and had a lot of room for the little ones to run and play inside. The beds were comfy an there was cable tv in all the rooms. It isn't advertised, but there is also wi-fi available. There were several restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner which made picking things up for meals really easy. Ray was a fast communicator and he is right, he is the DEALMAKER! We will definiately stay there again if we travel in a group.

we rented the condo for 10 days ( initially, for 9 days and extended another day). very clean, updated and everything is in very good condition. There were enough towels and linens supplied. All rooms have their own TV and DVD player so if you have kids in tow ( i got 4) , they wont fight over who can use it. Its a big plus to have 2 bathrooms too. The washer and dryer is another thing that i loved about the place...i dont have to do all the laundry when i get home. The place is located 8 miles away from the Disney Parks and 12 miles away from Universal Studios. An hour away from Kennedy Space Center. The clubhouse and the pool is just a hundred steps away from the house too!!! And of course the owner is very pleasant to deal with. He will answer your calls and requests promptly. Definitely would recommend this to my friends and family :) A+++++!!! Excellent!!!

Week Long Vacay for the Family!

We stayed a week at this wonderful condo! It was great! The location could not have been better! We were minutes from Disney, Sea World and some great resturants! We were about an hour to Cocoa Beach which we drove to a few times on our trip! The condo was wonderful! Clean, very well decorated, very well supplied with towles and linens. We loved the pool area it was within walking distance from the condo and parking was available right outside. The area is very nice and next time we go to Orlando we will be staying at the same place!!! Thank you again for your hopitality!!

We really enjoyed our 7 days stay at this vacation home. This place was very clean & neat and had much more room than I expected! The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and tool that we could possibly use. We were very pleased with that. There were plenty of Linens and very good comfortable mattresses in all 3 bed rooms. This vacation rental exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to visiting the orlando area again.
