Gerry and Ingrid welcome you to our centrally air conditioned condos in beautiful Maui. We own two one-bedroom condos in Kauhale Makai also known as Village by the Sea, located at 938 South Kihei Road, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.

Our condos have a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a very comfortable queen-size pull-out couch in the livingroom and there is also a roll-a-way bed (single) which can be set up anywhere in the condo. Our two condos are most suitable for two adults or a family of three or four. Fully-equipped kitchen and bath. The dining room seats four.

There is a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. The Kauhale Makai complex includes an adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, miniature putting green and you can use the tennis courts next door. The front desk has other fun suggestions for you as well.

  • Aloha Ingrid, Clayton and I stayed at your condo May 25th until June 3rd. We absolutely loved EVERYTHING. Your condo gave us all the comforts of home. We got married on May 27th on the beach and enjoyed our wedding night as well as the remainder of our honeymoon at your condo. The location was great and the people were so friendly.   • Hi Ingrid I want to thank you very much giving my daughter and me the opportunity to stay in your #523 condo in Maui. As I had said before, I haven't been on a vacation for 20 years + and the same for my daughter. We fell in loved the island and your condo made our stay perfect. Unfortunately, the time was too short. We met so many lovely people every where we went. We were able to see the whales and their babies, visit the museums, walk on the beach, and of course enjoyed the sunshine. The location of your condo made daily outings easy and frustrating free. We would were mesmerized by the sunsets and enjoyed the daily welcome of the island birds on the balcony was pleasurable and fun. We met your upstairs neighbor with her cockatiel - both were very friendly. Islanders and travelers were warm and friendly to talk with. I loved using the barbeque in the courtyard. It was fun gathering around with other people and just chatting and enjoying our surroundings. We are saving our money very diligently for our next visit to the island.   • We thought the accommodations were wonderful. The condo is bright and cheery and all of the amenities perfect for our needs. We were pleased that it overlooked the beautiful pool area and the ocean view was great. We also appreciated the availability of internet so that we could stay in touch with family and work. We found that the location in Kihei was very central to all of attractions on the island and within easy driving distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with you again should we return to Maui. I also wanted to express my appreciation for your prompt and effective communication with us prior to the trip and for your willingness to answer the many questions that we had.   • Hi Ingrid We've just returned from 8 fabulous days in Maui. We were delighted with you condo #307 in Village by the Sea in Kihea. It was an ideal home base for us to explore the Kihea area and island itself. The location was excellent for us. We particularly appreciated the 'hey they've thought of everything' extras that the condo included, from beach chairs, umbrella to portable cooler; all of which we made full use of. The weather was as close to perfect as you could get and we enjoyed every day. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday. We would definitely return and definitely recommend your acommodation to others.     Subject: Thanks for a wonderful "home" while in Maui Ingrid, We had a wonderful stay in 523 Village by the Sea March 11-18, 1008! This was our second visit to Maui and both times we’ve stayed in Kihei, which is a great area for fun and relaxation but a short drive to the action if that’s what you want. The condo was great – everything you need to make your stay restful. The beach was so wonderful – not crowded, wonderful views both morning and evening.     Hi Ingrid, David and I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your great Condo the week of February 14, 2005. This was the perfect location for our 2nd wedding anniversary and my surprise vow renewal ceremony for my husband. Village by the Sea is in a great location! It didn't take us long to get to anywhere we wanted to go. One of the highlights was being right there at what appeared to be our own private beach. We went out there every day at least for a few minutes to take in the incredible view, and there was never more than a handful of people around if even that. We felt like we were in our own secluded paradise. The condo itself had a refreshing island feel. The sunsets from the lanai were incredible and I used my camcorder to record a complete sunset so we could remind ourselves of how great it was... and to torment our friends/family who haven't had the experience.     Good Morning Ingrid, We have returned from our Hawaii holiday - it was great to enjoy 2 islands - everything was so beautiful. We enjoyed the location of Village by the Sea and the easy way to get around to all other sites on the island. We were pleased with the size of the condo and the beautiful view ! It was great to have the "special" little things to use - the coolers - lawn chairs - etc - great quantity of towels/linens etc - will certainly recommend the unit.
