Charming, casual living on Sunny Marco Island! 1800 square feet of barefoot living! All living spaces on one level, just steps from the sun-filled porch, pool and canal beyond. Watch the sunset from the sun porch or the private, heated pool. The floor plan includes large living room, complete kitchen, separate dining area, sun porch off the lanai and three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private full bath. Two other bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twins, share the full bath located conveniently in the hall outside their doors. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs and 4 bicycles are all available for use.

Stay was Great
Stay was great, pool for our grandson was incredible. We had the best time while in Marco Island. House is is great condition. CJ's on the Bay on Thursdays is highly recommended. Traveling on bikes is highly efficient and you can burn the calories while doing so. We will return next year. Thank you for your beautiful home.

Wonderful stay in Marco
We were down there for my son's wedding on the beach. This house is located in the perfect location for all the activities. It is very well furnished and a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very good to work with.

We just returned from a great week at this wonderful home. The house is very clean and has everything you need. It is very quiet and relaxing. The owners were great to work with and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to returning next year

Vacation went too fast
Yesterday we got back from the USA. We would like to say - that our stay in your house was wonderful and we have great memories from this beautiful place. It's true that this home has everything, what is needed while on vacation. We loved Marco Island so much. The beach is amazing. We are really sorry that this time of our vacation went so fast. Thank you very much for everything and we can assure you that will recommend this place to our friends in Poland.

This is our fourth year staying in Marco Island and this location has been the nicest. It was truely a gem and the description and photos provided accurately represents the residence. The owners were excelent to work with and the property itself was delight. The kids really enjoyed the pool, fishing and the great selection of movies and books that are in the house. Truely a wonderful vacation home........

This was my families first time to Marco Island & couldn't have asked for a better home to spend our week at. Having 3 younger kids can be stressful when traveling, but not this time we had all the comforts of home and more! There were movies & board games to entertain all ages on the couple rainy days we had & having the lanai & pool was perfect. So many memories were made on our trip in your home, from my son learning to swim to my daughter losing her 1st tooth that we are booking again for next year! Thank you for everything!

There is a reason why Marco Island is located on the Paradise Coast....because it is paradise! Your home made our trip utterly amazing! When we first walked into the house, our thought was, WOW! this place is clean and well kept! It is so nicely decorated and very spacious! The house is filled with sunshine and the open concept allows you to see right through to the lanai and pool area! This house is well equipped! It literally has everything any vacationer would need! The bikes were a huge hit as we strolled around small island to explore or to just get a morning bagel and coffee! The pool rafts were great for relaxing and keeping cool! The BBQ grill was wonderful! We actually smoked a ham for our Christmas meal! There are so many books and movies! WiFi was convenient to have, so my husband could keep up with his addiction to Words With Friends! haha We enjoyed the lemon tree in the backyard! It was great to have fresh Florida lemons for our cocktails! The beach is very close, however, you can not enter through Resident's Beach, which is only a few blocks from the house. You need to enter on the North side of the Marriott. There is a public beach access walkway that leads you to the beautiful beach! This is also a pretty short walk, maybe 1/2 mile. Overall, your house made our stay in Marco Island amazing! We felt right at home and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for the wonderful amenities! We will definitely be staying again!

What a delight!
What a delight!
My boyfriend and I enjoyed a full week of fun in the sun at this Marco Island gem and couldn't be happier with our choice of lodging. Between the bug-free indoor/outdoor living offered by the porch-lanai area, the fresh citrus from the trees out back (perfect for margaritas!), and the truly charming decor, this was the perfect place for our vacation. We spent most of our vacation either walking or flying around on the fantastic bikes we found in the garage--the island is a perfect size for walking/biking everywhere you want to go (though we found that biking after two pitchers of beer at the Crazy Flamingo made me very fast and Matt very worried). Having bikes and bike locks onsite was a HUGE perk! Definitely the best way to see the island. The house itself was just wonderful: kitchen was great for all the cooking we did and included a brand new dishwasher. Great movie selection, plenty of beach reads on the shelves, and I daresay all the floors in the bedrooms were new! (And GORGEOUS.) And the heated pool! Let's just say that we really felt spoiled. The house is in a great location--perfect proximity to miles of sandy beaches, the Marco movie theater (where the staff serves you in your seat), shops, restaurants, bars--you name it. We'll definitely be back, and when we are, we'll definitely be staying in this place! Thanks so much for having us, Kevin and Linda! You were so lovely to work with, and we felt well taken care of both in the weeks leading up to our visit and while we were there. Thanks again!

HOUSE RULES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-ins or Late Check-outs. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to home, its grounds, or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Except for the master bedding, all bedding and towels are laundered. d. All keys are left in the lockbox and on the hook in the kitchen and the home is left locked. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in or late check-out. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement. 6. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 90 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments online if possible. Other arrangements can be made if necessary, contact owner for details. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 8. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. 10. MINIMUM STAY - There is a minimum stay of four (4) nights. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than four days, the guest will be charged the four-night rate. 11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens, bath and beach towels are included in the home, maid and/or cleaning service is not provided. 12. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice. 13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money. 14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 15. BEACH PARKING PASSES – You must be a renter for at least 30 days to obtain access to Residents’ Beach. Passes can be obtained, for a fee, through MICA (Marco Island Civic Association). MICA is located at 1770 San Marco Rd., #204, Marco Island. South Beach and Tigertail Beach are open to the public. 16. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
