Our home is oceanfront in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. We recently added a third floor and renovated in 2003. There are great views with beautiful porches and decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the Spring of 2008, the ground floor was added to the rental making it a full house rental.

The ground floor does have a separate entrance and is filled with games for the kids, a retro sofa converting lounger, an efficiency kitchen, a pool table/air hockey table and a big screen TV with DVD. It also has two bedrooms and one bath, all in beautiful bright beachy colors.

The middle floor has a full kitchen and family room with a queen sleeper sofa, one queen bedroom, one full bedroom and one full bathroom. There is a wonderful open porch with a swing, rockers, and a table for eating or playing games. There are two outdoor showers; an open shower on the walkway from the beach to rinse off sand, and a closed hot and cold shower to enjoy your daily shower!

The top floor has one queen bedroom, one twin to king trundle bedroom, and a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. All rooms have ocean views. There is a beautiful deck from the bedroom and the sunroom with a retractable awning. A washer and dryer are in a common hallway leading to the middle floor. There is a lockout option with entrances both internally and externally to both of the top two floors.

The house will sleep 12 people in beds, and another 6 people on sofa beds!

This house is located on the north end of Carolina Beach, a quieter and more relaxing part of the beach. The Boardwalk, fishing pier and charter boats are all within walking distance. Enjoy the many restaurants, kid's activities, and just strolling on the beach! Bike, chair, umbrella and boat rentals are all within one mile of the house. There is a private deck and walkway to the beach, a grill to cook out, and everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation! There are free summer concerts each month as well as a wonderful Seafood Blues and Jazz Festival in October.

The NC Aquarium is a short drive as well as the USS NC Battleship Memorial and historic Wilmington! You can take a beautiful 30 minute ferry ride from Fort Fisher, just a few miles away, to Southport, another historic and beautiful town on the water. There are wonderful restaurants and antique shops in historic Southport. Come and enjoy our wonderful vacation home! We vacation there too, so you can count on it being well kept!

  • Just wanted to let you know that my family really enjoyed the stay at your beach house in June. The weather was much nicer than we have experienced in August. We were lucky with the weather--not sure about the the following week though--we had a lot of rain here in Advance, and it looked like the whole state was pretty wet. The new matresses were comfortable, and the new fridge was nice. We grilled fish several nights, which turned out great, and cleaned it before we left--there's nothing like a grill at the beach.

  • This was our first family trip with all of our children and grandchildren. Your house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and spacious. Everyone had a great time. With all the TVs there was no fighting on how wanted to watch what and the grand children loved the viedo game. ON a scale of 1 to 10 I give your place a 10 plus. My husband and I stayed on the top floor which was beautiful the colors in the bedroom and the sunroom made you feel refreshed. I am lookeing forward to staying at your house in years to come. also the view from our bedroom was wonderful and breathtaking. It was nice to get up of a morning and watch the waves and the fish boats on the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  • My family enjoyed this beautiful beach house Labor Day weekend, 2004. It was perfect for our family of 5 couples (w/2 toddlers). Each couple had their own private sleeping quarters, the baths were plentiful and the outside showers were great! The ocean views from the third floor deck were outstanding and the private walkway to the beach was perfect for the little ones (not to mention the surf fishermen in our family!) We couldn't have enjoyed it more. This property is very well kept with lots of amenities and a perfect location. Avi and Kelly, thanks for sharing!

  • There were actually three different families and we all enjoyed out stay. The home was what was advertised, clean, comfortable and all the ammenities. The balconies offer beautiful views of the ocean, especially the third floor. It is a nice quiet area without a lot of hustle and bustle of congested attractions. Although you do have to drive to some local night life, it isn't really that far. The life is really laid back and relaxed. It is a nice place to relax.
