  We stayed at this beautiful rental condo and it was the best decision. The location was perfect for us. We had a rental car and needed a parking space. I love a clean home and this condo is clean. What you see is what you get. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked (although we did not use it). We have nothing bad to say about this condo. Michael is great to work with and while booking this condo, he responded to all emails within an hour. The property manager was WONDERFUL! Everything she suggested was great. I miss the mufongo. We had fun in Puerto Rico and we had a lovely condo to stay in. Thank you!

  Just returned from a truly lovely and relaxing week in Puerto Rico. I attriute this not only to the weather but to the great condo I stayed in. Michael thinks of everything. He has great taste; the furnishings are comtemporary yet warm. Every appliance and gadet you could think of! It's like staying in a boutique hotel only more room! And then we have Maritza who is there with enthusiasm and a smile (and in the apartment next door!). Just a lovely person who personifies Customer Service. I would highly recommend this condo. I have used HomeAway many times in the past and this location rates in the top 2. Paris was the other location, what can I say? Great Job Michael and my friend Maritza! See you soon I hope.

  We loved our vacation in San Juan and so much of it was because of this wonderful condo. Absolutely best location in Condado, everything is just as it is pictured. Maritza picked us up at the airport and even took time for us to go to the market. She was so helpful - a friend at first meeting! Very clean and extremely comfy. We are looking forward to visiting San Juan again and our first call will be to check on availability with Michael. Thanks so much! Dave and Shirley

  The apartement was very well located in the center of Ccondado. There is a lot of good restaurants very close of the place. We had such a beautiful ocean view from the apartement on the condado bay . The way that the interior design is set is just awesome The owner have been thinking to anything you could need and all the amenities was first class!The very nice Maritza the aunt of the owner was very helpfull and kindly with us. If you look for a place in San Juan, this is the spot to be, a perfect gateway for a couple.In the bottom right hand corner of the rental, you can find a place to take your breakfeast and they have delicious smoothies and empanadas!!!!!   This apartment has a great location in Condado with an ocean view. It's stylishly and generously equipped with all mod cons and very very comfortable. Most holiday apartments I've rented only have basic furnishings and equipment but not this one. It really feels like a home from home. We also loved the balcony with it's comfy chaise longue to relax on and the fantastic aspect which I always think is so very important. I would definitely recommend the apartment for anyone staying in San Juan as it definitely ticks all the boxes. Maritza looks after the place and she collected us from the airport and even took us to the supermarket. Maritza is great and will sort out any problems should they arise, gives advice, does tours if you want and is simply the perfect hostess without being intrusive. My only small suggestion to Michael (the owner) for an improvement would be to install black-out binds in the bedroom. If you have late night and get up late the sun can stream in. Other than this the apartment cannot be faulted and we loved it!

  Your home could not be more beautiful. The decor is very handsomely done and the views are the best. It was delightful to have an ocean breeze to wake up to each morning. The location was convenient to everything I needed and I look forward to staying there again.

  We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Puerto Rico - This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Condado! The unit itself was super clean (impeccable, actually) and beautifully decorated. Furthermore, the apartment was outfitted with everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable vacation: beach chairs and towels, cozy bedding and pillows, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, the softest bathroom towels ever, and a well-appointed kitchen. We bought a bottle of wine one evening and forgot about the wine opener - Sure enough, there was one in the kitchen waiting for us. The location is excellent, perfectly situated between Old San Juan and Isla Verde, both of which are only a short taxi ride away. There are tons of things to do directly around the apartment, with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The grocery store is a bit farther (short car ride), but we got everything we needed at the 24-hour Walgreens, which was within walking distance. The beach view from the balcony is amazing!! The closest beach to the apartment is in front of La Concha (the beach pictured directly in front of the apartment is too rocky for use) so it's about a 5-10 minute walk. If you don't want to carry the beach chairs, you can rent a chair from La Concha for $5/day (and also receive waiter service if you're tempted by ordering a cold drink on the beach) Finally, the apartment owner (Michael), and his aunt (Maritza) were both extremely responsive and professional throughout the rental process. Maritza lives in a neighboring apartment and was probably the most friendly person I've ever met. When we arrived, she took extra time to show us around Condado and point out notable restaurants and places of interest. The friendly and attentive service made us feel at home in Condado. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and hope to return sometime soon!

  I fell " in like" with Michael's apartment from the pictures. I fell in love as soon as I walked in through the door. The apartment is beautiful! Everything in it , from the kitchen appliances to the utensils, from the bed linens to the bath towels is all high end. Being there I immediately got the feeling that I was going to feel very pampered. I wasn't wrong. The location is perfect. I walked all of theCondado and crossed the bridge over the lagoon. The hotels: The La Concha, the Marriott, the Conrad Condado Plaza are all minutes away. Outdoor restaurants, bars, cafes and even a Starbucks are all accessible. The beach is down the block by the bridge and the towels and chairs are supplied by Michael so everything is taken care of. As wonderful as getting around the area is, there is also the wonderful feeling of going back to this welcoming space.The terrace is a wonderful place to relax. I loved having my morning coffee on the terrace enjoying the morning sun. In the evening I could sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the ocean and the lagoon and feel the ocean breeze. This was my favorite place to unwind. Working with Michael was a pleasure. He was warm,friendly and very efficient. All calls were returned quickly and he made every effort to insure that whatever I needed was in the apt. His aunt Maritza was also a great help in insuring that once I arrived I felt at home. I have rented many times in Puerto Rico and I have had very good experiences, but I can honestly say that I don't need to look any further. This apartment is First Class all the way and I definitely plan to return.

  This apt. is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I walked into this apt I knew I had made the right choice. Everything here is high end, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the bed linens and bath towels. The view of the ocean and the lagoon are both beautiful and relaxing. Whether it was having coffee in the morning sun on the terrace, or having a glass of wine in the evening breeze, I felt relaxed and pampered. Location is perfect. You can walk to all the hotels in the area and stop in and enjoy all the different restaurants and coffee shops along the way. The beach is also nearby and towels and chairs are all in the apt. for you to use .Air conditioning was not even necessary. The ocean breeze coming in from the terrace kept the apt. cool and inviting. Working with Michael was a pleasure. If I could give 6 stars. I would and the 6th star would be because of his warm, friendly, and professional manner. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him and also his aunt who manages the apt. He was always available to answer questions and to make sure that anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable, he would try to provide. I travel often to PR and have rented many places but none have impressed me as much as this one has. This apt. was outfitted in true style and comfort. Now that I have had this experience, there is no need to look further. I will absolutely be back. It was an experience woth repeating and one that was definitely first class all the way.

  This condo is fantastic! Look no further. The photos due no justice to the actual unit itself. It really is a great place, and I don't think that we could have found anything better in Condado. The attention to detail in this unit is remarkable: super thread bed sheets, amazing Lacoste beach towels, a food processor, blender, brand-new pans, cooler, lawn chairs, iPod dock, even a high end wine opener! After having stayed in another condo prior to arriving at Michael's, we were ever so grateful to the choice we had made. The bedroom is located in the back of the condo, so that you do not hear the hustle and bustle of Ashford while you sleep. The windows are very insulated and the A/C works great, not that you would need it all of the time. Michael and his Aunt (who takes care of the condo) are both genuine and honest people. Picking you up from the airport, helping you with directions, telling you the best places to eat. We had a great time: just steer clear of the Peruriccan restaurant right across the street... Not so yummy! For a high maintenance traveller, who generally travels in and out of boutique hotels, I couldn't have asked for anything better!!!
