This is a perfect house for quiet getaway for a small group or family. The house has an authentic beach feel and it is directly on the ocean (although you cannot walk over the dunes for direct access, you must walk around on walkway).
It is 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms and and nice deck with outdoor shower. There is a new BBQ. The bedrooms will have a combination of twin and full beds.
The kitchen is open to the living room, which has built-in seating. There is separate round dining table as well.
There is air-conditioning as well from a unit situated in the living room.
The living room has a loft-like feel with 12-15 foot ceiling.
The house is technically a guest house as part of another property. However, it has it own entrance from the north (as well as a shared entrance from the east.
