Croatan Ridge is a luxurious and secluded home for your dream vacation or special event! You will undoubtedly enjoy this magnificent sound front home with unusual ocean and lighthouse views. You must see this home to believe the beauty of the location, the family friendly layout as well as its awesome structure. With full custom cabinetry, furniture and décor, it offers unrivaled amenities for the most discriminating guests. The house has 6 king size master bedrooms, 2 double bunk rooms with their own bathrooms, as well as a half bath on the great room and kitchen level. All of the bedrooms have deck access and are either nestled in the trees or have breathtaking sound views.
The Great room offers extremely comfortable seating to enjoy the views as well as high-end audio and video system. With seating for 8, an icemaker and beverage refrigerator, the Surf Bar is the place for socializing and happy hour.
The stunning kitchen will motivate anyone to stay home and cook. It is outfitted with the best (double) appliances as well as all of the tools and serving items necessary for the ultimate gourmet experience.
The game room has a foosball table, dart board, poker table, stereo, LCD TV and DVD player. The wrap around decks provide incredible views of the island, the waves of the Atlantic and on a clear day you can even see the Diamond Shoals Light Station. Only the Cape Hatteras Light House can rival these views.
There is a separate family room designed with the children in mind. It includes comfortable couches, a surround sound audio video system, a computer station as well as a large table for playing games or putting a puzzle together.
Nestled in the trees for privacy, the pool at Croatan Ridge is designed with 2 lounge chairs submerged in water along with a wading area for smaller children. Next to a massive stone fireplace, the beautiful wood bar is a perfect place for a poolside meal, party, or just a cool beverage in the shade. Also, there is a full bath conveniently located poolside. For your special event, the adjacent pool house (for an additional fee) has an event ready second floor and first floor caterers’ kitchen.
The dock leading to the sound provides private access for water sports and fishing. An outdoor shower and board racks are conveniently located also.
