  What an amazing place. The condo was perfect. My fiancé, 2 girls and I stayed here. It was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The living area was beautiful overlooking the ocean! I looked at several units on line and this one is by far the best! Completely updated and beautifully decorated. Great location. The owners were wonderful. Very accommodating. We had a flight change and they let us stay later and check out late. Just great and very easy to work with. We will defiantly rent again!!!

  The unit was clean and pretty well equipped but it would have helped us to know that the unit is on four levels. Top level is entry and laundry room, down seven steps are kitchen, living and dining room, down seven more steps are two bedrooms and two baths and then down seven more steps is the master bedroom and bath. The owners could not have been nicer. Good people.

  Owner response: We enjoyed meeting these guests and are thankful they rented our villa. The Beachwalker Villas at Omni Amelia all have essentially the same floor plans. All units have multiple floor levels. Renters will not be able to avoid walking up and down flights of stairs within the Beachwalker Villas. Villas ascend and descend in an alternating fashion. 1115 descends from its entry on the uppermost floor of Building D as the guest has described. Incidentally, the villa does not presently have three (3) bathrooms as stated in the guest's description. That being said, we have tried to make prospective guests aware of the floor plan. We have suggested that guests with health issues, walkers or wheelchairs and guests with toddlers may need to search for single floor rentals outside the Beachwalker development. I believe that the great majority of oceanside villas available for rental at Omni Amelia have multiple floor levels. It is my understanding that single floor villas containing more than one bedroom generally may not be available on the rental market. I am aware that those developments which offer multi bedrooms on a single floor are available at a much higher weekly rate than our villa. The ocean view from our villa is more desirable than the views available at Omni Amelia oceanside developments which may offer a single floor plan. In addition, many guests with children may find that the Beachwalker floor plan offers a higher degree of privacy and quiet than a single level floor plan. I appreciate the guest's comments and hope that this information will be beneficial to future guests.

  The pictures do this condo no justice. It is beautiful. Great ocean views, as well as treetop views out of the back side. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a vacation on the Plantation.

  This is an absolutely spectacular villa in a beautiful location. The photos provided do not do this Amelia Island Plantation beauty justice. The kitchen has been expertly updated, with first rate appliances,countertops, and backsplash. The bedrooms are very well decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The living room is great with two terrific couches, and the open concept floor plan on the living room floor is relaxing. The views from each side of the condo to the are beautiful. The ,Beachwalker pool is large, and was never too crowded. We especially enjoyed the perch on the upper pool deck looking out to the ocean. A well maintained boardwalk leads from the complex to the pool and the beach. Beachwalker is conveniently located within Amelia Island Plantation. The map provided at the Plantation is confusing, but actually the Plantation is easy to get around, once you get the lay of the land. We purchased an amenity card, and used it to rent bikes, go Segwaying and kayaking. There also is a wonderful workout facility, tennis and 72 holes of golf. There is an excellent grocery story off property just a few miles down the road. We enjoyed visits into Ferdanida Beach, which is a charming town, made up of many historical buildings. Completing the pleasure of this trip were the wonderful, and accommodating owners.. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful Amelia Island Villa.
