This spectacular, 5600 square foot, OCEANFRONT, Charleston-style, beach house has SIX BEDROOM SUITES with six private bathrooms, two half baths, and a LARGE PRIVATE DECK with a built-in SWIMMING POOL/SPA/WATERFALL overlooking Singleton Beach/Bradley Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, one of the island’s most secluded beaches on the island.
The house is located mid-island, between the Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal plantations, which is centrally located to all the island’s amenities and a short walk to the newest of Hilton Head’s public parks with lighted tennis courts and many other facilities.

This newly constructed, beach house offers fantastic PANORAMIC VIEWS of the ocean, the marsh, tidal creek, and even a view of #10 of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and is professionally decorated and landscaped. This home is ideally laid out to meet the needs for family vacations, family reunions or a gathering of friends while providing a warm and relaxed environment to enjoy your vacation through a variety of areas for the whole family to enjoy combined with many personal spaces for you to relax in private.
As you enter the house through the front door you will find an open first floor plan with ten foot ceilings, Saturnia marble floors, and granite countertops throughout. This floor includes a GOURMET KITCHEN, a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a great room with PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE OCEAN, a half bath, and a laundry room. In addition to the open area there is a complete MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with a walk-in closet and a private Saturnia marble bath with a JACUZZI TUB and views of the marsh and tidal creek.
The GREAT ROOM offers a full ENTERTAINMENT CENTER WITH SURROUND SOUND, stereo, large screen TV, CD/DVD, VHS, and cable and satellite services. You have direct access to your own PRIVATE POOL and SPA/WATERFALL overlooking the beach and ocean situated in a large sun deck with a GAS GRILL. This is a great space for getting the whole group together and relaxing while you enjoy the view of the ocean.
The second floor includes: a MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with its own sitting area, PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND OCEAN, its own private balcony, walk-in closet, and its own private Saturnia marble bath and JACUZZI TUB; and two more bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closets and private Saturnia marble baths. Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, a TV and either a DVD or a VHS.
The third floor includes: a GAME ROOM with an entertainment center overlooking the ocean and beach, INTERNET ACCESS (wirelss and cable modem), equipped with a second kitchen, second breakfast bar, a full size POOL TABLE, a SECOND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER/media room again with full audio, video, CD/DVD, VHS, cable and satellite services, and a private balcony with FANTASTIC VIEWS OF THE OCEAN; two more bedrooms, again each with their own private Saturnia marble bath and walk-in closet and one with a sleeper sofa; a second half bath; and a second laundry area.
But that isn’t all that this house has to offer. The enclosed lower level provides a two-car garage and a THREE HOLE MINIATURE GOLF COURSE that everyone will enjoy. And all the floors are accessible from the FOUR STORY ELEVATOR, which makes bringing your luggage in and out, and bringing in the groceries from the garage extremely convenient. You also have access to the community pool, which is across the street from the front of the home.

If you are looking for an exceptional vacation, this is the place to stay! Accommodations, amenities, location, service and views are unmatched. Each morning of my stay, I enjoyed dolphins swimming by within 5 yards of the shoreline. The days were filled with seashell hunting (including sand dollars, star fish, shark's teeth), swimming in the ocean, lounging by the pool and walking along the beach. All of this in total peace and privacy. Book with caution as a stay here could become addictive!
