  This condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view was amazing. The property was well maintained and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect!! Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

  Our overall experience was great, just what you want it to be for a beach getaway. Check in was easy, ammenities were wonderful, property is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. Close to everything but off the beaten track and not commercialized. The unit itself was beautiful just like the pictures and had everything you could possible need. King size bed was comfy - the set up was different but I could see having more people easily. We really felt like it was our home, not just a rental. The owners even had books and movies to use if you wanted. Spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the surf! Had a couple of rainy days but no problem, we went to a shopping mall not too far from Summerwind and we found a church close by also. One of the best experiences we've had in a long time. We had a wonderful dinner at "Hemingway's" in Pensacola Beach, just a close drive away. The owner was so easy to work with and we kept in contact via my laptop which was easy to use there. We would definitely recommend this property and this unit in particular! Thanks so much

  The condo was just perfect! We loved everything about it! The view was amazing and the beach was beautiful! I highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in Navarre! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to Navarre in the future!

  We are a family of 5; two adults and 3 children (ages 11, 7 and 2). We absolutely loved this condo and our time spent in Navarre Beach at Summerwind Resort. The size of the condo was perfect for our family and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The view to the Gulf is amazing and we just loved being right next to the pier. We will definitely be back to Navarre and we would rent this condo again! We just left yesterday, and we already miss Navarre Beach! It truly is the Gulf's best kept secret!

  The condo was perfect for 4 girls 50+ to get away and relax. The condo was very nice, very clean and quiet. The beach is beautiful and the view from our balcony was a great way to wake up every day! It is a great place to just relax with family and friends. The Pier restaurant next door has the best "grass fed beef" burgers! You have to go there and enjoy a great burger on the beach! Other restaurants and bars were nearby and they had good food and fun too! The shells were awesome, we brought home some beautiful shells to share. I can't wait to return again for an annual "girls" getaway! I would definitely stay here again and again!

  I spent a week in August in this condo and I am already thinking ahead to when I can return! Navarre Beach is beautiful and being able to enjoy the view from our balcony was heavenly! I love the location - just far enough away from the tourist destinations of Destin & Pensacola but not too far off the beaten path. I had two adults and 4 kids as my traveling companions and the 7 of us had no problems with space or sleeping arrangements in the condo. The kids did fight over who was going to sleep in the bunk beds though! Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient! Knowing that in advance helped us to pack lightly for the trip. Really - all we packed was our swim suits and beach towels as the condo included just about everything else we needed. Wal-Mart & WinnDixie are just up the street so that made grocery shopping a breeze. The staff that checked us in and out was very friendly and the pool area was well-maintained. My kids actually preferred it to the beach though my vote goes to the soft white sand and the crystal clear water of the beach! I also liked the fact that the resort is only one of maybe 6 high rise condos on Navarre Beach. It made the island seem almost exclusive. There was little traffic which I liked alot - particularly since there are restaurants and attractions (the Pier, the inflatable slide) within walking distance. I've traveled extensively through Florida and think I've found my favorite spot in the Summerwind Resort at Navarre Beach!

  We had a GREAT time in Navarre Beach for spring break. The Summerwind condo was fantastic, What a view. My son & daughter loved the bunks in the hall. The unit is well equipt and furnished. The beach was awesome. We enjoyed watching people catching fish from the pier. We also enjoyed catching some ourself! Stores for groceries is nearby and some nice places to eat are also close. It was a wonderful vacation! Hope to go back next year.

  My family and I recently stayed and this incredible condo.... We have a teenager and a toddler and couldn’t be happier with the way this condo is set up. The kitchen is super nice as well as the bedroom and the set up is PERFECT. I swear I got lost in the pillows and comfort of the MASSIVE bed!!! The facility is walking distance from a really nice family friendly restaurant as well as the AMAZING pier... We saw fishermen pull in sharks to catfish and LOVED IT... We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo as well as the grounds. We saw security every night... Some tips... Make sure that you bring your flashlight and a net (Wal-Mart over the bridge had them for 1.00 and flashlights for 3.00) because at about 10:00 the beach is alive with flashlights... CRAB HUNTING!! Sooo much fun.. those little boogers are fast... We caught several and let them go...everyone was very friendly and this is a must do! Beach is super clean and right off the pool and hot tub. All in all I can’t say enough about this location and WILL make sure we come back!! Thanks so much for the emails giving us the ins and outs of the area... OH... and the pier gift shop has some crazy cute local jewelry for great prices... Dont forget family pictures... sooo many great spots!

Additional information about rental rates

You must send me your contact info if you wish to reserve this condo. Although we set rates we use an on-site management company to collect deposits and sign contracts.

Deposits are required (25%) and amount must be paid in full three weeks prior to reservation. No refunds are given for weather or change of plans.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

There is a cleaning charge of $75 for each stay, and an additional taxes and fees charge of 15%.
