Lovely two bedroom, two full bath first floor oceanfront condo in Garden City. Enjoy the view of the beach from the private balcony or the window in the Master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with hardwood flooring.
Fashionably decorated throughout plus all amenities as described below. Queen-size bed in master bedroom. Open sliding glass door to deck with fantastic view of ocean. Two twin beds in second bedroom perfect for kids or adults.
Pull a chair up and relax under towering palm trees on spacious deck surrounding large pool drinking in views of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Ten minutes from Myrtle Beach airport and 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach with restaurants, water parks, theaters all close by. Children (age appropriate) can walk to Garden City Pier and arcades without supervision (great for parents). Fishing is avaliable on pier as well.
There is a shared washer & dryer in this complex, just down the hall from our condo.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outdoors ONLY.
The view from the balcony is slightly angeled to the North. Excellent view is pictured here.

Very nice condo. Excellent View of the ocean. I also enjoyed that it was on the first floor. My only 2 complaints was the noise from the children running down the halls and we could hear the people above us.Didnt get alot of sleep! The Queen Bed in the master room was harder than the couch next to our bed. The Twin beds felt better than Queen Bed. Other than that Condo was nice! ThanksRecommended for: Sightseeing.
