Breathtaking view of the gulf and pool while sitting on the sofa or the balcony of this 4th floor unit. Very well equiped kitchen. A kingsize bed with a new, Simmons Beautyrest Do not Distrub mattress and the rolling sound of the gulf gives you relaxed, restful sleep. The second bedroom has two fullsize beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Master bath has large walkin shower, second bath has tub/shower combo. There are 4 or 5 eating establishments within a mile. Plenty of nearby shops when you want to come in from the beach or pool. Beautiful landscaping.

had a wonderful, relaxing time in this quaint part of Florida. This is my 3rd stay in this condo, and I love it. It is beautifully maintained, as are the stunning grounds leading to the ocean. Beautiful view of the ocean and lovely pool area from the condo balcony. The condo is adorable, relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a beach trip. We appreciated amenities such as a full kitchen, 2 roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the living room equipped with a TV and DVD player. The lighted tennis and basketball courts on the property are a great "extra". It is the perfect getaway location. Everyone had a wonderful time.Did you find this review helpful? This is one from Allison Santa Maria: " Our recent stay at the Smith's condo at Sand Cliffs was absolutely delightful! The weather was beautiful, the sand was clean and white and while there were many pleasant people walking up and down the shore, it was not crowded. The condo was beautiful - very well appointed, pristine and comfortable. Every room was wonderful! Thank you to the Smith's for offering their beautiful condo to rent! Winter (11/26-2/25) $145 Night $845 Week ---$1690 Month Spring (2/26-5/27) --- none $1135 Week ---$2200 month Summer (5/28-9/2) -- none $1525 week ---$4725 month Fall (9/3-11/25) $165 Night $875 week-----$1800 month Rates subject to 11.5% state and county taxes;$200 reservation deposit required. Reservation deposit becomes security deposit and will be refunded 30 days after. Canceliation must be within 14 days of arrival for deposit refund. Normal housekeeping clean-up , except for dishes, pots, pans or grills.

Owner info
About the owner: I am a retired United Methdist minister and my wife has done a variety of things. She is a former teacher, she has her Masters in Counseling and has done testing and couseling for both the public school system and private practice. We have enjoyed gulf, the pool and the friends at Sandcliffs for a number of years.
Why the Owner Chose Sandcliffs:
I choose Sandcliffs for its location. It is not in the "mad" rush of so many vacation places and yet is close by to enjoy whatever I care to take in.
