This small enclave of 32 townhomes surrounded by the greens of the Grand Mayan Golf Course is a perfect base for your Los Cabos adventures. This gated community of upper and lower level townhomes is situated a block and a half to the beach, and within walking distance of the historic center of San Jose del Cabo, and all amenities. The lively action of Cabo San Lucas is a 35 minute drive or bus ride away for those seeking more fun. With San Jose being the sleepier cousin to Cabo San Lucas, the Los Cabos area truly offers something for everyone!
The warmth of the Baja sun and the local Mexican people has kept us returning year after year to “our home away from home”, and we offer you the opportunity to experience this as well! The Los Cabos area is well serviced by flights into San Jose International Airport (SJD) from a variety of carriers.
Our townhome reflects the warmth of the Baja with architecture, colour, furnishings and artwork that are Mexican influenced. Relax at the end of your day's adventures on the large patio/deck with patio doors that fold back into the walls, designed to bring the outdoors in and expand the living space. Complete with propane bbq, teak loungers and patio set, the perfect place to watch the sun set over the golf course!
The large master bedroom, with adjoining bath has a king sized bed, plenty of built in closet space, and drawers. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, and the same spacious closet configuration, with drawers. The 2nd bathroom is nearby, off the living room area.
Enjoy preparing snacks and meals in our full kitchen featuring granite countertops, gas burning range, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, juicer, and blender. All utencils, cutlery, dishes and pots are included for your use, as well as a stacking washer/dryer unit located just off the kitchen.

We rented this condo for a long term stay and had a great experience! The owners are kind and considerate. The condo is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and in a fantastic location in San Jose del Cabo. Right on the Hotel Zone and walking distance to everything. The condo complex itself is secure and quiet.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.
