Our condo is newly renovated and decorated and is completely furnished with everything one would want to have an enjoyable stay. You can sit on your glassed in lanai and enjoy watching people golf along with watching the many kinds of wildlife that enjoy the water outside your lanai
You are just steps away from a heated community pool and have the best parking spot in the complex which is right outside your door. The condo has 3flat screen TV's, DVR/VCR and the internet can be provided if needed.
Palm Aire is a wonderful community with miles of walking area. You are located near many restaurants,shopping centers along University Pkwy, along with theaters and beaches in Sarasota and Bradenton. Come and stay with us, you won't be disappointed.
Our condo is minutes away from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport, 1 hour from Tampa and St. Pete's airports and 2 hrs. from Disney World.
