  Our recent stay at this property was very enjoyable and just as described and shown in the photos. We rented this home so that my daughter and son-in-law could join us for a surprise visit for the weekend of my moms 90th birthday. The kitchen is magnificent and fully equipped. I did all of the cooking while there and found it to be as functional as my at home kitchen. So if you like to cook or prefer to cook rather than eat out you won't be disappointed. The owner was very helpful and took the time to answer our many questions prior to our arrival. Thanks Dee for all your patience and for dropping by to meet us. Heber Springs is a beautiful area and would recommend without hesitation this property to families with children, young couples and those of us in the 50+ age. A very nice home away from home with a beautiful deck and view of the lake. We hope to see you again sometime! We didn't bring our Shih Tzi babies this time but will definitely consider bringing them along the next time.

  Stayed at the property for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was Fabulous. The view from the property is wonderful and the upgrades Dee has completed on the property are gorgeous. We will definitely come again.

  Very nice rental we enjoyed the view a lot . Did not realize how deep the cliffs where out back . Would not recommend with active children. We enjoyed our stay ,very relaxing atmosphere .

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Setting on the deck with a perfect view of the lake such a peaceful place to unwind. We loved, it had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Arkansas. Loved Herber Springs, the people are just wonderful and friendly like home. Good food, close to shopping, small shops and some of the best shrimp I ever ate. Who would believe in the middle of Arkansas you could get great shrimp. Go figure! Hope to come back sometime. Love you Herber Springs! Thanks Dee for letting us find your Arkansas

  George, Blue & I had a wonderful relaxing stay in your beautiful lake house. Loved the kitchen and the view was one of the best! I got so attached to Flipflop kitty, she slept with us at night. Our Lab really enjoyed his stay too, thanks so much for letting him come too! I hated to leave, we will absolutly be back soon. Thanks, Stephanie, George & Blue too

  My family had this wonderful place for a whole week and it was a blast. The house is beautifully laid out and well appointed. The view is breathtaking and very tranquil considering how close it is to town. The access to the lake was easily navigable and our children made great use of the bluffs for diving. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone and plan on renting it again next summer.

  We had a wonderful time staying at the house, it has a fantastic view and is very close to everything ( Grociers, gas, marina, etc.) We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to rent a place for a vacation and we are definitely planning on returning.

  Beautiful View, Well Equiped and very clean. The basement is a nice area if you have kids in the family. Gives everyone plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook at the house. Sunsets on the deck can not be beat and the sunrise is even better. I have (3) kids of ages 5 through 13 and all loved it! Will definitely be back.

  We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at Lake View. The view was spectacular and the weather could not have been better. While we did not have easy access to the lake we were able to walk down a path and climb down some rocks to access our kayaks. Kayaks were put in at a lake access road. The house (except for 2 bathrooms and part of the masterbath) have been beautifully updated and the kitchen is large. Dee made us feel very welcomed and at home.

  One of the most relaxing experiences I'v had in a while! The charm in this lakeside home is impressive to say the least! Spacious, clean, equiped with everything you need for a get-away...just bring your tooth brush and a change of clothes! Great for families, or for a romantic weekend for two, in my case, a lovely weekend visit with dear friends. Wake up to a breath taking view from the master bedroom and you are hooked! The location is perfect for summertime fun....just a few feet from the back deck, and you are at the water....and just minutes away from shopping and fine restaurants. My stay was unforgettable and I plan on returning soon! Book your get-away today...you'll be glad you did!

Deposit will be returned in full if no damage of property or belongings. Smoking in house will forfeit all the deposit. Cleaning Fees may be assessed if conditions are not met (which are stated in contract).

50% Deposit to reserve booking. Refundable 100% if cancelled 30 days before reservation date.

Local & State Sales Tax- 12.625%

Processing Fee- 2.5%

Pet Fee- $25 per pet

Rate is for 6 or less people. Additional $25 per person, per night.
