Excellent house, 1 back from Oceanfront, in private community!
Beautifully maintained decks wrap around the house. Ocean view through trees while sitting at breakfast table! Picturesque path gives easy access to the magnificent view and entry to beach.
Very well maintained, classic architecture inside and out. Super comfortable furnishings. High speed Internet, 3 large flat screen HD TVs, good sound system, new kitchen appliances.
First level (ground) has 2 bedrooms - BR#1 has a Queen and a new HD TV; BR#2 has 2 Twins. One bath with tub and shower plus laundry room are also on this ground level.
Second level has living area, kitchen, dining, and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Overlooking the decks and landscaped back yard is large open living room, plus a side game/work area with table and chairs. Kitchen (with all new appliances) is open to dining, then a very comfortable TV family room. The 3 bedrooms on this level: BR#3 is a master suite having a King (and HD TV), BR#4 with 2 Twins, BR#5 with 2 Twins. Both of the 2 baths on this level has a tub and shower. The 2 Twin bedrooms on this level have doors which open directly on the deck.
3 HD TVs. Central Air Conditioning. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room on ground level. 2 outside showers. Very nice deck tables and chairs. Gas grill. Parking for 4 cars in driveway. Beach chairs and umbrella!

Private beach is gorgeous and never crowded. Life guard station is 150 paces to the South when entering beach from boardwalk closest to this home. Community has wonderful streets for walking in dappled shade after sunning on beach. Garden is remarkably beautiful, elegant, peaceful. Spacious lawn for children's play.
Rents Friday to Friday. Renting 6/24 thru Labor Day. Rates are $3800 to $4200 plus $500 Security Deposit for Damages.
