  This is the second time we have stayed in this house and that is because you just can't beat it. Everything you could ever need is available in the house and you can see the beach from every window in the house. Perfect place for a family vacation and the is plenty to do and see in pensicolla beach.... Make sure you check out the zoo!!

  Perhaps one of the best Beach Houses on Pensacola Beach. First, this house is nearly new and has all of the amenities that you would expect, everything works and is in top notch condition. It has panoramic views of the "sound side" to the north and the Gulf of Mexico just to the south. This is basically a home away from home, except that it's in paradise. The location is perfect, close enough to all of the attractions to walk or bike (bikes provided) yet far enough away for some peace and quite. It's a two minute walk to the gulf with all of your beach stuff in tow with a little beach wagon (provided). As a note, the beach access is at Avenida 18, a locals beach known for its consistent surf breaks, so bring your long board, paddle board or kayak. All in all, this is a great place to stay on Pensacola Beach. I look forward to visiting again soon will certainly recommend it to all I know.   Excellent home in a beautiful location. Absolutely perfect for a family. Great beaches are just a minute walk away. When it's time to leave the beach, a great backyard and deck offer plenty or room to relax. The home was immaculately maintained and perfectly styled. I absolutely recommend the home to anyone traveling to Pensacola.

  This was a wonderful home to rent. This was my first time renting through vrbo so, I was a little nervous. After this experience I think I am done with hotels where possible. Renting a home is the way to go...and actually was less money. Carole, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. All of the pics and descriptions were accurate and the home was as described. The home was clean and had been taken care of. It was nicely decorated. There were extra linens and blankets and pillows. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bath had a very large jetted tub. Our kids loved the wii game system and some games in the second bedroom. ( and we loved that it was in that bedroom , so anyone not wanting to hear / play the wii could relax in the front room )... They had a blast to come ' home' after a fun day out on the beach and play the wii before bed. Side note: there is a Red Box for rentals just down the street at the Circle K, for Wii rentals or movies. The decks on both side of the house were great! Hubby loved the paved walking/ running path next to the road. He loved running in the mornings as the sun was rising. We appreciated the sand toys. ( and not having to buy some) The kids just grabbed a bucket and we headed to the beach. The beach was amazing!!! The sand was amazing!!!! So pretty, so soft.... The beaches were very clean. This home was the perfect location for us. So close to the beautiful beach...and just a few minutes from the shopping area of Gulf Breeze for groceries. And just a few more minutes to Pensacola. Our favorite things to do: Chase n fins dolphin cruise ( docks just down the road from this house, close to the toll booth) it was a blast!!!!!!! We saw about 24 dolphins in the wild! Also, we went to the Gulfarium. It was about 50 minutes away. We got there early and beat the crowd. We had signed up the kids for animal encounters...so they could actually touch and feed the seals and sea lions. It is not Sea world, but great for a smaller aquarium. Our favorite food while in the area would have to be: The Fish House in downtown Pensacola. It was amazing. We are already talking about a return visit next year!

  Property was very nice--situated on the corner so easy to find. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with flatware, glassware & dishes. Overall the home was very clean which was nice. Stayed here off season so there wasn't a lot of traffic or other people made for a nice getaway. Bikes also were a bonus and the neighborhood is great for running. Owners were responsive to our needs and provided lots of advice for things to do during the stay to make the most of Pensacola. We really appreciated the attention to details.

  This was a great location for our long weekend (3 nights). We had perfect weather and the beach & water were beautiful. We loved having the bikes, beach toys, and especially the wagon to use. It made the trip to and from the beach so easy. The house is cozy, with a roomy master bedroom. I loved the decor! The blinds all through the house are great, but window treatments to help with the morning sun would have been nice in the bedrooms. A king size bed and newer mattress would have made for more comfortable sleep. Besides those two minor things, this was a perfect spot for us. The owner made everything super easy and the house was VERY clean, which is so important to me. We'd definitely book this home again.

  My husband and I wanted a relaxing getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better location. This house is in a residential part of the island. It is close to all the action (about a mile), but far enough away that you have some privacy. The 2 balconies are ideal for relaxing and enjoying outdoor living. The south facing balcony gives you a view of the gulf (a couple blocks away), a couple of loungers, chairs and a small table. Great for your morning coffee, a few cocktails, reading, and tanning. The north facing balcony has a table and 4 chairs. You have great views of the sound (a block away). The house is well furnished, it has a well stocked kitchen (all you need is food). The owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be back. Already planning a week with my girlfriends.

  This beach property is even better then the listing description, very close to bay and gulf beaches, view from both decks and the interior did not look like your average beach rental, very nicely and comfortably decorated. Very clean and having a washer, dryer was great. The owners and property manager were very quick with response to any questions we had. My husband and I stayed for a week, hosted family and friends from nearby Gulf Breeze, it really felt like home. The outdoor shower with cold and warm water was great to clean up the kids. The Grand Marlin was our favorite restaurant, great fresh fish. Joe Patti in Pensacola is the place to buy fresh fish for the bbq. Tuesday night Band on the Beach was a lot of fun, bring a chair , something to eat and enjoy some good music. Take in a ball game at the waterfront stadium in Pensacola, cheap seats, decent food, friendly people. The supermarket in Gulf Breeze is just a quick hop over the bridge and is very well stocked. We had a wonderful time and will be back again.

  We had the best vacation! The house was perfect, absolutely everything we needed. Excellent location, close to both Sound and Gulf, access to Sound was great for the younger kiddos. Loved the fenced yard, all of the gear available for the beach, the beach cruisers, the kitchen had everything we needed, couldn't ask for a thing. Enjoyed having two patios, both with excellent views and a table and chairs on each. Decor was nice, home was clean...we will be back next year!

  This house is sparkling clean, totally equipped and one block from the gulf or the bay. Great location at Pensacola Beach. Furnishings are new and very comfortable. A superb value and dealing with the owner was a pleasure from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property for your family vacation.
