Panoramic ocean views encompass you in this comfortably furnished, spacious ocean front home. Perfect gathering place for family and friends. The main house has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. 1 King bedroom w/ full tub & shower bathroom & 1 Double/Single Bunkroom w/ 1 free standing Twin bed which can be conveniently stored under the bunk to provide more floor space during the day. Bunkroom has bath w/shower.
A few steps from the Main house is the Studio bedroom w/ Queen bed & bath w/shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a 20" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR on the dresser top where you'll have plenty of room to store your personal belongings during your stay.
Spacious living room w/ formal dining area encompassed with panoramic ocean views, wood interior walls & cozy fireplace, plasma flat panel TV/DVD, CD/ipod docking station in living room, wireless internet. Large sectional sofa & easy chairs to comfortably accommodate a group of 10. Lot's of table games, books & family movies to enjoy.
Large grassy yard, and nice patio w/picnic table, rattan lounge chairs, deck chairs & low bank direct beach access. A flight of steps to the beach is shared with the house on the south side of the "Pearl". Enjoy barbeques on the stainless gas grill BBQ. out on the patio. Plenty of firewood & an axe to split kindling is provided for you to enjoy a fireplace fire in the living room.
Arch Cape provides a wonderful walking beach with lot's of tide pools to explore, the south arches which can be explored at low tide wherein you can actually walk through the "arches" in the rocks or you may want to venture just a bit north to Hug Point State Park where you can explore caves in the headland and view the waterfall over the rocks. You'll find Arch Cape to be much more secluded than Cannon Beach, yet the lovely art galleries & shops in nearby Cannon Beach are very enjoyable to stroll through and there are several restaurants in town which provide fine dining or great family style dining choices as well. The CB bakery and Bruces Candy Kitchen are 2 of the town's favorites places to shop as well. You won't want to miss them if you have a sweet tooth to satisfy!
You'll find this home immaculately clean, non-smoking and fully furnished with all the linens, towels, a good starter of paper and soap supplies, and many "home away from home" amenities. All this encompassed by breath-taking ocean views and a very comfortably furnished home in which to enjoy it all.

            We had excellent weather and a good time. The house was very adequate and location was perfect. We did note that over the week the beach deteriorated with more small rocks exposed but that sounds like a normal fall/winter transition for this beach. Nice place, clean, good customer service. 9-26 to 10-1

            We had a great stay again at this home. Location is fabulous. We bring the grandparents with us so the small back house/apt is perfect for a bit of privacy. The only thing I wish it had is a Storm Light.

            Great location and the windows looking out to the ocean are incredible. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. All of the TVs are very small so watching a movie by the ocean on a rainy day is not great but on the sunny days you don't need the TV any way! Definitely would recommend this for anyone. We had 4 adults and a 1 year old and were very comfortable. Note from Property Manager: Each bedroom has a 20" flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR. Living room has a 32" flatscreen TV/DVD.
