A historical place: This typical Art Deco architecture building has a print in French history and typical parisien lifestyle as it was entirely owned and now partially by one of the most illustrious families of the french nobility. Living in this building and its apartments is living a part of France history and French aristocracy lifestyle.

Our apartment has the chance to have a clear open quiet view on Ecole Militaire and Champ de Mars. You will appreciate light, calm, sunsets, the sound of the birds and the ringing bells of the nearest church as in a small village.
In rue Cler and rue du Commerce you will be able to do your market everyday with fresh food and flowers.

Enter our typical and romantic parisien apartment to a spacious and noble entrance typical of the oldstyle apartments of 7th arrondissement. The separate toilets is first on your left. The apartment entry way leads to the beautiful living room on your left with a separated kitchen on your left, a south exposure window and all the necessary requirements to challenge your cooking ambitions being in the French territory.
In the middle the dining room stands beside a fabulous Louis XV comode and is open to the charming living room decorated in a subtle mixture of oldstyle louis XV furniture, chairs, bergeres etc... and modern 20th century paintings on the wall.
The traditional parquet flooring and delicate decoration make this a warm and inviting room.
It is irresistible for our vacation guests to open the french door window witch leads to a full on view on the sky and the champ de mars , just birds and the sunny sky.
We believe that a calm place without noise like in a village or a cottage right in the center of Paris being so near from the Eiffel tower, Champ de Mars Park, and the Seine River is an important factor to a wonderfull stay during your vacation in Paris. It is extremely difficult to find these kinds of apartments in this area.
In the seperated dining kitchen all of the basic kitchen requirements are included : combinaison microwave/convection open, washer/dryer, refrigirator, diswasher and four burner gazstore.

The two master bedrooms are next with beautiful queen size beds, lean backagainst the pillows and enjoy a full on view on the sky, the champ de mars trees and the Ecole militaire monuments leting the sun light enter the room and waking you up with the sound of the birds and the church ringing . It is truly fantastic and demands breakfast in bed every morning . It is a cozy room with a typical and beautiful decoration. A built in closet provides hanging space and shelves.
The rest of the furniture and decoration is a louis XVI secretary and an antique comode giving a typical and classical parisien oldstyle atmosphere to the room.

The location is one of the best in Paris : 15 minutes walk to the river, to the Grand Palais, Petit Palais, the Champs Elysees, Pont Alexandre III, the Crazy Horse, the cinemas, the shopping places like « Le Bon marche » , boulevard saint germain and 'rue de Sèvre' (best shopping experience) , to the Four Season’s George V for tea or three-star dining , from Ladurée for the famous 'macarons', 3 minutes walk to the golden dom of the Invalides were Napoleon is buried along with surrounded park, 10 minutes to the Musée Rodin, Palais de Tokyo, Musée d'Art Moderne de la ville de Paris, from other shopping places like av Montaigne (chic shopping), 30 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde with the Obelisque, Arc de Triomphe and rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré (best shopping experience) Place de la Madeleine, the Opera, Place Vendome (the famous jewelleries shopping area).

Pont de l’Alma is a 15 minutes walk and has the largest open market in Paris every saturday morning. Merchants come from the country with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, patés, breds even five types of escargots !
