Large split plan home ( over 1900 sq ft) in zip code 34209 on quiet cul de sac, less than 5 miles to beaches, near to shopping, golf,restaurants. Screened in pool south facing gets sun the whole day. Inside home there is a ' Tommy Bahama themed' king bed in the master bedroom which has en suite walk in tiled shower and jetted tub, dual sinks and separate toilet. Living room features flat screen LCD TV and blu-ray player, leather sofa and loveseat. Dining area has a 6 seater glass/wicker/wrought iron table and chairs. Kitchen is open to dining/living area with a island, 2 sinks, dishwasher, electric stove,french door refrigerator and microwave above stove. Separate Laundry room with dryer and washer. 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds. Office area off dining room with pocket doors built in book shelf and desk area. All front windows of home have plantation shutters, blinds on the rest. Allergen free home due to no carpet (heavy duty laminate and tile flooring throughout) Home was built in 2002 and we just recently purchased it and repainted inside. The nearest beaches are Bradenton Beach, Coquina Key, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria,Longboat Key. Sarasota Int'l Airport 20 mins away, Tampa Int'l less than an hour away. Sarasota is about 25-30 min drive away, Siesta Key Beach about 35 min drive. Desoto Mall (Bradenton) less than 15 mins drive, nearest movies 2 miles away, Starbucks less than mile, 5 grocery stores within a couple mile radius. 2 car garage with large driveway should fit a small boat on trailer, non-HOA area so no deed restrictions.

Bradenton is a terrific area with great beaches, golf courses and parks and this home is close by to all of them. We found the house perfectly suited for us. It's clean, nicely decorated and located conveniently to good shopping, dining, theatres, and recreation. We appreciated the open floor plan, bright decor, and comfortable furniture. Flooring is all tile and wood, easy to clean and maintain. We have a small dog so especially liked the spacious backyard. Although the pool and spa are unheated we really enjoyed sunny days relaxing and dining pool side. We found the owner extremely conscientous and helpful with any issues, questions or concerns we had. At the end of our 3 month stay we felt we had received excellent value and would definitely return again some future date.

Excellent location. Straight forward house. Clean through out. Comfortable with all the things you left at home. Beach close (go by 10am to ge parking). Would recommend.
