Beautifully appointed luxury villa sits atop Beach Bay Ridge on the ocean facing south. Fully equipped home; just bring your bathing suits.
Large deck with pool and hot tub. Six chaise lounges, outdoor covered dining room, equipped with gas grill, and living room with comfy sofa and relaxing chairs. Perfect for reading your favorite books, having a cocktail, watching the ocean and sunset.
Master suite and guest suites 1 and 2 each have ensuite bathrooms, king beds and balconies facing ocean. Guest suites have private entrances. Study has ensuite bathroom and full size murphy bed. Guest apartment has bathroom, kitchen and two queen size beds.
Kitchen has top line appliances and gas stove and is ready for you or your private chef.
Beautiful secluded beach at top of street with good snorkling, lounging and floating inside breakwater.
Villa is five minutes from quaint Bodden Town, 15 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from George Town.
Villa is in wonderful condition. Several TVs and stereos throughout. Study has Brother printer. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, sheets, light blankets. Refrigerator with be empty except for condements. Toilet paper, trashbags and shower gel provided. Three grocery stores and liquor stores on way from airport to villa. Closest to villa is about 5 minutes drive toward airport in shopping area called 'Countryside'. Dozens of books to borrow or take-one-leave-one policy.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, tastefully furnished, and well appointed. My desription would be casually elegant. The layout gives muliple couples as much privacy as you need as all the bedroom suites have full baths. Two of the suites have their own entrance and private balcony. The master suite had double vanities, a huge shower with two glass walls and its own balcony. The kitchen was fantastic. There really is everything there to create your own gourmet meals. The pool was sparkling clean. Two covered patios areas. One for al fresco dining and the other for lounging. The caretake addressed two small issues with speed and thoroughness. The pool table was a great idea to fill up time (usually husbands waiting for wives) We felt safe and secure. It was easy to get to but far enough away from casual traffic. The view of the ocean is unbelievable. When the surf is high the waves break on the rocks and spray way in to the air. A beautiful sight. Although there is no access to the ocean here a little beach a short drive or walk (4/10 of a mile) has it's own jetty where you can swim or snorkel in calm waters. We saw many fish and a stingray there. Outside the jetty the sealife is a little more dramatic but the current is strong so only a strong swimmer should adventure there. 10 minutes west to Savannah for groceries and supplies and 1 minutes east to Boddentown for restaurants (Try the Grape Tree Cafe) 20 - 25 minutes to the airport. A few more minutes to Georgetown and 7 mile beach. Close enough for all the activities and dining there but far enough for peace and tranquility.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
