    Dear Karen, Thank you for the blessings of spending a week at your lodge. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We had great weather (so nice to feel 60 degrees again!) and saw more beautiful nature. Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, Corning and hiking Pine Creek were some of our favorites. We got our son to eat a toasted marshmallow and enjoyed eating on the porch.     Karen, What a wonderful time we had staying in your cottage! It was so comfortable and even our baby felt right at home here! We enjoyed spending time on the front porch and made good use of the fire ring. It was nice to be so close to the lake and we appreciated the ample parking here for our boat. This is such a quaint cottage and everything was perfect for our family! See you again next year!

    Karen, We had a great time exploring the area-while calling the Lodge our home away from home. Thank you for the brochures and for the hint on the local lookout for the July 4th fireworks. It was so relaxing to have a quiet, comfortable place to come back to after our long days of seeing the sights. We’ve been to: the PA Grand Canyon, Barbour Rock, Loop Trail and the East Rim’s Turkey Path and Overlook Trails, Watkins Glen Gorge and Indian Trails, Corning Museum of Glass and of course, the Lake. Through all of our travels we were able to see much wildlife: a beaver, an otter, a water snake, tadpoles, a snake, an eagle and some fish. You truly have thought of everything here at the Lodge. I knew what to pack and not to pack to save room! Very helpful! The treats were a wonderful surprise and delicious. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to all the details. We will definitely share our experience with family and friends! We may even make another trip ourselves-who knows? Take care and God Bless!

    Dear Karen, When Paul sent me the link to Your home informing me that this was his plan for my Birthday celebration I was very impressed, however photos and descriptions pale in comparision to what was experienced upon arrival. Your home brought peace to my inner being so that I was able to breathe easy and enjoy every moment of being there. Being in Your home brought so much happiness to me, reminding me that life is too short to spend it crying. Your beautiful home and the surroundings filled my eyes with the simple gifts that nature brings. The warm and comforting memories from the weekend, I will reflect on and smile about, loving memories that will last a lifetime. Thank You so much for affording me the opportunity to experience this, You are a most gracious, personable host, You thought of every little detail, I am so happy that we met yesterday and had the opportunity to talk again today. Paul has planned many get aways for us and I can honestly say that this one will be very difficult to top!!!!! Until we meet again and I am certain that we will, God Bless!!!!

    Dear Karen, Thank you so much for allowing us to get away and stay at your cozy, lovely cottage. What made our stay even nicer was your gracious assistance prior to getting to the cottage. We did fish and hike despite the weather. We escaped the Nor-Easter Storm at home in Carlisle where there is no electricity. We'd love to come back and fish Pine Creek. Best to you.

    Dear Karen, Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful cottage. You have thought of every detail and it certainly felt like "home" while we were here. We enjoyed the Turkey Path at the PA Grand Canyon (although not so much on the way up) Cowanesque Lake was quiet & serene and we enjoyed fishing in the lake and swimming. We also spent the afternoon at the Corning Museum of Glass which was very impressive. We loved the fire pits! Kids enjoyed their smores for sure. The weekend as my 2 yr. old said, “Miss Karen's house" was awesome and filled with good old fashioned family fun. Thanks again!

    What about the comforts of Home! This is fabulous...I Love the tubs! Most places only have showers. We've been to other places & cabins & this is by far "the best" we'll pass it along. We had a great, wonderful time. I Love your decor. I will use some in my own home. It is fabulous!     My family consisting of 2 granddaughters and a single son (and father) had the most delightful time at the cabin. The pictures are very helpful but cannot accurately explain the calm and serene feeling you experience when you walk in the door. It not only met but truly exceeded our expectations for our "Father's Day Weekend". Unfortunately we were unable to meet Karen this visit since her schedule is so busy but we certainly will book another time this year. She has decorated the cabin with such a beautiful theme that it makes you feel right at home and has anticipated the needs of travelers. We came in as strangers and departed as friends.     My husband Dan and I had a wonderful long weekend here. The weather was overcast on Sunday and Saturday but no rain. We enjoyed many of the parks and explored all the little towns' surrounding. One big highlight for me was seeing a bear over at Colton Point. My husband was able to get some great pictures and I will send one to you. We have stayed at many state parks and camps over the years but seeing a bear has eluded me until now. Thank you for so much for providing such a warm inviting place to stay. Evertyhing was delightful and very comfortable. I love the decor! We will be sure to tell all our friends about this place. It was just the break we needed. Hope to be back sometime and bring some friends. Thanks again.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. We had such a wonderful trip. This is our first trip ever that I didn't want to leave early. Thanks so much & God Bless.     Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful house. My favorite "room" is the lovely wide, comfortable porch. We ate, played, read and relaxed out there. Thanks.

    This weekend was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay. My husband was pleasantly surprised and our day of fishing couldn't have been more perfect. My only complaint would be that the weekend didn't last long enough. Thank you for the delicious pastries & the beautiful fresh flowers. Everything was wonderful and I'm positive you'll hear from us again. God Bless.

    Karen, the cottage has been warm, comfy, and very welcoming. You have done a wonderful job in decorating and making your place comfortable-the kids have enjoyed it. I have enjoyed having a bed for each of them. Good Luck-much happiness and we will all spread the word how wonderful a place to stay!
