Unique experience: living ON Big Squam Lake, not near it, in an airy three room fully modern cabin. Living room sits over the water with wraparound deck on three sides, access to outdoors from all rooms. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, new appliances, stone wood burning fireplace, internet, cable TV. new construction, modern bathroom with granite counters and shower stall. Cabin is heated. Plenty of woods as well: 600’ shoreline (9/10 of entire cove is woods). Views from all three sides of living room, and from bedroom facing north and west to the White mountains and Squam range. Sandy beach with gradual water entry as lake recedes in summer. Includes dock for your boat, swim float, kayaks, one small canoe (2 person). Cottage is perfect getaway for a couple; dbl futon in living room for one more adult or up to two small children who can share a bed. Dining table on deck and in living room. No laundry facility. Simple Squam living without the mold and darkness. Light footprint conservation toilets etc. This property is NOT deep woods remote if that is what you seek, but is great water location with incredible views.

loons, otter, spectacular views, good swimming waist level and deep water, near public hiking trails and islands, one nautical mile to public islands (Bowman and Moon), bald eagle sits on property tree. Cove has only one other house at every end, c. 500 feet away.
