Hop to World-Class Wine Tasting and Skip to River Beaches from this Mid-Century Retreat with Swimming Pool and Hot Tub on 7.5 Forested Acres. The living area, with piano room, living room, bathroom, semi-formal dining area, and kitchen with eat-in dining, wraps around a central entry hall. The living room opens to a sun porch with game table. Stairs lead down to three bedrooms and another bathroom. From the downstairs hall, there are stairs down to the dining deck and outdoor kitchen. From the dining deck, there are more stairs to the hot tub deck and lower deck with seasonal swimming pool (solar-heated). House is ~2200sf. Please note that this home is not waterfront and has no water view. The 'lake' is a small, rainy-season pond located on the property, a short walk from the house.
