A short car trip away (10 min. or so, or walk if you prefer) you can be at the ABQ City Zoo, Historic Old Town, Aquarium and Botanical Gardens, the Hispanic Cultural Center, the Rio Grande Nature Center, The Museum district and so much more. Centrally located to everything in Albuquerque and freeways (the Big I) close by for longer trips to all points in New Mexico.

Why the Owner Chose Albuquerque: We actually lived in our loft for almost three years. We still consider the loft our home away from home, and stay whenever we can. The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Love the floor to ceiling windows and the high ceilings on every floor, the Italian window shades, the cherry wood floors and the energy of being downtown.
Love the late afternoon walks to a favorite downtown restaurant (Capo's one block north for spaghetti and meatballs) or the movie theatre, or a park or stopping by for dessert at the restaurant (the best desserts) next door are some of the things we enjoyed and still do. You can actually walk to the Rail Runner train depot and ride to Santa Fe for the day and return later in the day. No driving, no parking hassel, just enjoy all that Santa Fe has to offer and the scenery along the way. Walk thru historic Albuquerque Country Club homes to Tingly Beach (great fishing ponds adjacent to the Zoo train.) So close to so many great spots and places to visit.
