This charming, comfortable newer family home is nestled in a private, deep wooded lot on a prime east side location of Torch Lake. It is within minutes of TLYCC. Large deck and abundant windows offer views of beautiful, Caribbean blue, clear Torch Lake. Enjoy viewing sailboat races from the lovely, large sunroom. Fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping on the shore.
Torch Lake has been ranked the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic. The shimmering blue waters certainly invite you to engage in activites including swimming, sailing, boating, or reading by the fire on a cool Michigan evening.
This non-smoking property is fully equiped, well appointed, open and spacious. All rooms except two bedrooms offer beautiful lake views. Kitchen is fully equipped with Jen-aire, separate ice maker, dishwasher, and disposal for guests who like to cook and enjoy a view of the lake. Home includes great room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, large sunroom, laundry room and large deck.

Great Cottage Rental. The cottage has an ice maker and it sure came in handy! We travel with two family sized coolers and this was the first summer we never had to buy ice. So close to the Yacht Club and Brownwood. The garbage compactor was also a great feature! Saves so much room in the cans. The grill is charcoal. The oven is a Jen-Air and we cooked lasagna's, turkey, everything- you name it we cooked it. Great kitchen. Has everything you need. BOAT HOIST BEST FEATURE! We used it all week! Thank you! Only rental on Torch we have ever found where this was included. We celebrated my sons 3rd birthday here and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat at the huge dining room table. Widndy week we had and temperatures started off 90 when we arrived and each day became cooler. On our last two days it was 67 and chilly. No rain all week. The beds were great. The home is super clean and open. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We hope to rent next summer with you again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Just spent a wonderful week at this home on Torch Lake. It is fabulous! The kitchen is so well appointed, we had a hard time putting groceries away. There is everything you need at this home, loved the ice maker! Would have liked an end to the dock to swim off but other than that, absolutely perfect! The boat lift was fabulous, not having to worry about securing it out in the lake was very nice. Some rocks but very clear so you can see where not to go...would not change a thing! Hope to return to this lovely home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have best friends who live there, but after seeing it for the first time, we fell in love with the property. It's not congested. It is peaceful and the water is so clear that you can see the bottom of the lake.
