  The condo is spacious and clean. The pictures are really an understatement of this beautiful condo.The location is great and close to several of the main attractions. The view from the balcony on the 20th floor is amazing! It's truly a home away from home. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Rick for your speedy response. I am looking forward to my next visit!

  Thanks for the use of your condo. We had a Great time. The condo was big and spacious, plenty of room for the six of us girls on our girls getaway. The bunkroom was llike having a third bedroom. Very clean and close to lots of attractions and pier park. Will definitely be staying here again. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Rick, our stay was awesome.

  I have to say this is an exceptional condo and I would rent from Rick again in the future. We had a little incident and Rick was very generous to me and my husband. My only complaint about the property was the elevator wait and the lack of air conditioning in the elevator, that being said this is a clean, well run property. The gym faclities are better than most condos we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few. I look forward to our visit in September. Thanks again Rick.

  Firstly I must saw the photos do not do this condo any justice. The unit is spacious, airy and clean. The large second bedroom and bunk room make this a great place for a large family to spend time at the beach without feeling like you are getting under each others feet. The well equipped kitchen made making family meals easy saving a fortune eating out. The location means even if you do decide to eat out you are the right end of Front Beach Rd to avoid the worst of the traffic and head straight to Pier Park for the restaurants there. The large balcony is a great place for an afternoon siesta or just grabbing a glass of wine as you watch the sunset on the Gulf. Overall a great condo with great owners who ensure their guests have all the amenities to enjoy their time at PCB.

  You're condo was AWESOME...It really felt like we was at home. Beautifully decorated! It was in a great location, close to everything! We are looking forward to renting next year for our beach trip!!!

  This was a well furnished condo in a great location. Rick, the owner along with the people at the front desk were very accomodating. Starbucks next door, complimentary beach chairs plus free DVD rentals in the lobby made this a winner with the whole family! We will recommend to friends!

  The condo is beautiful! We have a great time staying there. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Great appliances, and loved that there were larger pots and pans for our extended family. This condo has everything you want and more. TV's in every room. Loved the soaking tub in the master bath. Loved loved the huge balcony! Everything about this place was heaven!!! The condo was immaculate and so clean!!!!! Rick was great to work with. If we go back to PCB, we will definitely rent from Rick. The transaction was smooth and pleasant.

  Thanks again for the wonderful stay in your condo. The decor in the condo was clean, tasteful and warm...perfect for the beach! I have used VRBO many times, and working with you and the folks at Sunrise could not have been better...quick and easy. My daughter and I did the 2hr wave runner / dolphin tour trip offered down at the beach. We had an absolute blast!! The trip for both of us was $100 and a "must do" for anyone visiting this condo. Staying in this unit will not be a disappointment!
