We are offering you the rental of a completely furnished luxury villa in the city of Cape Coral in Florida. The city of Cape Coral is famous for its more than 650 km-long network of sea canals. At the same time, the location of the city is convenient for trips throughout all of Florida.
The villa is located in the southwestern part of the city, directly on a sea canal with options for access to the Gulf of Mexico. It is surrounded by a tropical garden with beautiful palms, citrus trees and exotic vegetation. The overall air-conditioned area is 220 m2. The villa offers a spacious living room, connected to the dining room and kitchen. There are also four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a two-car garage. Owner very polite . Listing description as very accurate . Home was very well decorated and clean. Location was very easy to find and not far from grocery stores and other shopping(1 to 3 miles). Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient home in the cape coral area. P.S. There are no words to describe how nice the master bath is !Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
