    This is a great place for convenience and comfort. Location and decor make it very easy to settle right in!

    Super laid back area, easy walk to downtown and the college. I would take this place over a hotel in Bozeman. The property manager was great to work with and provided lots of travel info sitting on the desk waiting for you to review. A+ for sure

    My wife & I currently are living in the M Carriage House apartment above the garage while our house is being built here in Bozeman. It has been a wonderful experience. The care-taker / manager of the apartment has been great too !! The location is perfect, whether it has been to the walking distance regarding downtown / main street or local parks, which has been easily accessible walking or biking ... which I've been enjoying immensely. Hyalite Canyon is almost like being out your back door ... only 15 minutes drive to a beautiful canyon which offers great hiking, rock climbing or fly-fishing. In another couple of months, I'll be able to substitute the prior activities with xc skiing, snowshoeing and ice climbing ... Over all, this has been a wonderful place to be living while our house is being built or if just for a week or weekend to enjoy all the great things Bozeman has to offer :o)

    The Carriage House suited our needs perfectly. Its rustic, comfortable decor inside and its central location in Bozeman will draw us back for another stay. Its convenient location in a quiet central neighborhood allowed for a quick walk downtown or to the MSU campus, and it's just a quick car ride away from many great Bozeman/Gallatin Valley destinations. Definitely on my list for a return visit!

    The M carriage house was a great place to stay for a few nights in Bozeman. The studio has most everything a person would want. The caretaker is a pleasure to work with, and very attentive to our calls. One thing to consider is that it does not have a/c, so during the summer you need to pay attention to closing the windows during the day and opening at night. Perfect for a couple looking for a location near downtown with access to Cooper Park. Also is close to MSU.

    We loved the central location, walking distance to parks, shopping and downtown life. It was great to have a dog-friendly property, complete with fenced-in yard. Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient and suited our needs to a T! We cooked and entertained our son (a Senior at MSU) and his friends--very fun experience. Would love to come back.

    Thanks so much for offering the cottage. We had an excellent, peaceful time. The XC skiing and the snowshoeing were great. Sourdough trail was the most beautiful trail ever! Glad to have the opportunity to experience Montana.

    Thank you for sharing your place this summer. Living in a carriage house was truly a grand experience, which I enjoyed to the last day. The unique style and the drawings on the wall gave me a great Western-friendly wake up in the morning.

    It's hard to find the words to express how special our time in Montana has been. Our family has come to feel right at home in your carriage house, the neighborhoods of Bozeman, and the surrounding canyons and creeks.
