For tourists there's the charming town of Jim Thorpe, called the Switzerland of Pennsylvania with its charming shops and historical sites such as mansions and the steam railroad.
Horseback riding is available in several locations or you can watch the Nascar races not far at the Pocono Raceway.

About the owner: I am a semi-retired pediatrician and my wife is an adjunct French professor at a college in Philadelphia.
Why the Owner Chose Albrightsville:
We enjoy skiing and wanted a roomy home for the children and grandchildren to enjoy. The view from the rear was love at first sight.
