Sunriver Location: #5 Fawn Lane is ideally located between the Village Mall and Sunriver Lodge area.
The new SHARC (Sunriver Aquatic and Rec Center opening May 2012) is a short walk or bike ride away and year-round access is included with your booking!
The home is in a quiet area with extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The bike path near the back of the property is a direct route to the mall or pool, or to explore Sunriver.
Living Area: Recently the home was totally remodeled inside and out, with the addition of 1,000 sq ft and all new upscale furnishings. The impressive, 2,700 square foot home maintains the character of the original home, but with a luxurious feel. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a 46 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace and stereo system with CD player and high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). From the dining room there is direct access to the patio and gas BBQ.
Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 master suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony. One downstairs master suite has an exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. Upstairs is a large loft with two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, foosball table and wall-mounted 37 inch LCD TV. All 5 bedrooms have LCD TV’s & DVD players.

Attention to Quality:
We are owner-managers who live 15 minutes away from Sunriver in Bend and are able to oversee the condition of our properties. We generally check on our homes between guests to ensure maintenance items have been addressed and the home is prepared for your arrival. We pay slightly more for our housekeeping service to get the quality we desire.
Attention to detail includes fresh coffee beans and a grinder for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning. Kitchens are fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap, as well as a hair dryer.
Deck & Hot Tub: The large 16 x 24 ft paver patio includes gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and additional room for seating and socializing.
Parking, Bikes, Ping Pong and Foosball Table: There is a double carport with additional paved parking area. Eight adult cruiser bikes, a 2-child bike trailer and a ping pong table are available for guests in the storage area attached to the carport. A foosball table is provided in the loft.

Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's recreational paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mt. Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.

Renting a house off a computer is always interesting as you never know what to expect. All 14 of us were thrilled to find such a beautiful home. Every bed was filled and 3 families had an amazing time. 2 days of 12 inches of powder, 2 days of perfect blue skies. We'll be back and we hope this house is available next year. It's sooo beautiful, well stocked and family friendly. Thanks for the great memories.

Thanks soooo much for renting your fabulous home to us this past weekend. It was incredibly beautiful and absolutely perfect for us. It is by far the nicest place I've ever stayed in Sunriver. Thanks too for helping us out at the last minute. It was so nice of you to work with us and find us a destination!! We had a wonderful weekend and GREAT skiing!! We all looked at your availability calendar and are pinpointing another weekend sometime, maybe in late September. We will definitely be renting Fawn 5 again!!

This home was great for our group, we had 5 couples and it was nice that everyone could have their own bathroom. This was a great updated home very close to the Village. We won't stay anywhere else when we go back to Sunriver!

We chose your beautiful home for our "Bachelor/Bachelorette ski trip" at Mt. Bachelor. We had about 15 people come in from Portland, Hood River, North Bend, Salt Lake City, Hawaii, Toronto, and Minnesota. Your home was inviting and very comfortable even for our large group. The bikes, hot tub, Large TV, and Stereo were great perks! We would definitely consider renting your home in the future! Thank you for making our trip fun and memorable!

We had a great time at your beautiful home! We, our children and grandchildren - ages 1 yr - 59yrs all enjoyed all the fun at Sunriver - especially the bikes, pool and hottub. Your house is perfect for our family - lots of bedrooms and bathrooms :-) You supplied everything possible to make our stay comfortable - thank you!
