This impressive 2700 square foot home at #5 Fawn Lane is ideally located between the Village Mall and Sunriver Lodge area (including South Pool). The home was totally remodeled inside and out, with the addition of 1,000 sq ft. All new upscale furnishings were provided upon completion in 2008. The home is like new, with the character of the original home, but with a luxurious feel. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. It is just a five-minute walk across Abbott Drive from the Sunriver Village Mall or the south pool near the Sunriver Lodge. The home is in a quiet area with extensive common area surrounding two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The bike path near the back of the property is a direct route to the mall or pool, or to explore Sunriver.
Amenities: Air Conditioning, Hot Tub, Unlimited Pool/Tennis Court Passes (14), High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 3 Master Suites, Cable LDC TVs with DVDs, Gas BBQ, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, 8 Newer Cruiser Bikes and a 2-Child Bike Trailer for guest use.
Living Area: The home maintains the character of the original home, but with a luxurious feel. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have sky lights that give the home a light and airy feeling. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a 46 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace with DVD, stereo system with CD player and high speed wireless internet access.
Kitchen & Dining: The all new kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). Access to the 16 x 24 paver patio is through a 9 ft French door from the dining area.
Bedrooms & Loft: There are 3 Master Suites with king beds and private baths. The one on the second floor has a private balcony. One downstairs master suite has an exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, with baths in the hall nearby. Upstairs is a large loft with two alcoves with single beds, a trundle bed, foosball table and wall-mounted 37 inch LCD TV & DVD player. All 5 bedrooms have LCD TV’s & DVD players.
Deck & Hot Tub: From the dining area there is direct access to a large 16 x 24 ft paver patio with picnic table, gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and room for seating and socializing.
Parking, Bikes, Ping Pong and Foosball Table: There is a double carport with additional paved parking area. Eight adult cruiser bikes, a 2-child bike trailer and a ping pong table are available for guests in the storage area attached to the carport. A foosball table is provided in the loft.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's recreational paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mt. Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
