Watch the dolphins play in the Gulf from this large top floor east corner unit. This penthouse unit features approximately 1300sf of luxury plus approximately 350sf of balconies. The three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking unit features beautiful decor, furnishings and nine foot ceilings throughout. We have gone to considerable lengths to make our condo as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the amenities of home - granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, pantry, dishes and cookware. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
The living room and the master suite both have access to the large private beachfront balcony. The living room comfortably seats six and the sofa makes out into a queen size sleeper. The queen suite has a private balcony overlooking the bay and Intracoastal waterway. The "kids quarters" is fully equipped with a set of twin beds, their own TV and private bath.
Building amenities include 200 feet of private beach, beachside heated indoor/outdoor pool, two heated whirlpool hot-tubs, exercise room, steam room, sauna, grilling area, volleyball area, bike racks, on-site management and much more.
You can park the car in your own reserved covered parking space located close to the double elevators.
Come and enjoy the pure white sand and warm ocean breezes. This is everything you need for a great time at the beach!

We loved your condo! Views are magnificent (beach and backside bay!) and we could spend eternity on your balcony! The pictures represent exactly what the condo was. We love the location---can walk easily to Pink Pony Pub (one of our favorite afternoon destinations!) and all other "main intersection" attractions! Keyless entry was great with kids and we have already recommended it to friends! My husband commented "It feels like we are on a cruise---all windows show water from the kitchen!" We brought kayaks from home (keeping them on our car) and felt VERY safe leaving them in the covered parking area. We will return!

We loved your condo. We had a marvelous time on the beach, sitting on the balcony, and all of the beautiful furnishings. It was great being so high up. You could see forever. My family went from the beach to the pools. And some of us even tried out the exercise room for a very short time. We were able to walk to several places to eat and shop. For the first two days, we did not need to get back in our cars for anything. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo
