  This home was perfect for our Spring Break with 3 generations! The floor plan is fantastic, with beautiful furnishings/decor, a well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a great ping pong table in the bonus room! The house is just as pictured and spotlessly clean! It is nicely located in the Ranch, and we enjoyed the paths for our walks, runs and bike rides. All of us enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful setting of this home and hope to return in the future! Holly was helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here!!!

  We had a great extended weekend. The sun was out, the house was beautiful and so comfortable. The kids loved everything; climbing on the rocks, making a fort, going swimming at night, sledding at HooDoo, sharing the kids bunk room, playing ping pong in the bonus room and board games in the evening in front of the fire. The grown ups loved having a bonus room and quiet times to visit in front of the fire. Great kitchen --everything you need. It's a warm, cozy house that is so inviting. Many thanks.The photos are accurate, the home is clean and fresh, the owners responded quickly to all emails and I would recommend this home to friends. I hope we'll be able to go again, Black Butte is beautiful.

  Great House For our trip we had 4 men on a golf reunion trip and the house was set up perfect with 4 seperate sleep areas.The deck was great and the gas BBQ was new and very nice., Although we did not use it we all agreed that the second floor family room was a nice bonus if you had a larger group. We all thought it would be great if you had kids,grandkids etc. The kitchen was very well equiped and had everything we needed to make all of our meals .They would have a place to hang out. We enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes also. All of us will be coming back with our extended families in the future. I recommend this home

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was located within walking distance to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, and it backs up to the National Forest. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, as well as beautiful. Anything we needed for cooking was there, with plenty of table and glassware to boot. My husband and I were there with our oldest son, his wife and their four children, three of whom were 5 and under. There was plenty of room to accommodate the entire family. The master bedroom suite with adjoining deck allowed my husband and I to escape for a few hours every evening. We are already talking about what adventures we will have next summer at this lovely retreat!

  This home exceeded our expectations. What a perfect week we had! The layout of the home is perfect for two families. We loved the great backyard that allowed hours of entertainment for the kids. And the bonus/playroom upstairs was ideal for afternoon quiet time. We are "overpackers" and found that all of the little extras we brought to make this house "our home" for the week were not needed. All the way down to extra sippy cups and night lights! We love Black Butte and will come back to his home again and again - thank you!

  What a great place! We were there with our two kids age (7 and 10) and 6 adults. There was enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The amenities in this house are top notch (new kitchen appliances, great cookware, comfortable furniture and bedding). We loved the location too(backs up to forest with no neighbors behind you and its a short bike ride to the glaze meadow pool).We will definititley be coming back soon!

  This home represents the best of Black Butte Ranch because of 1) it's location, adjacent to protected wilderness area and near the GM recreation center , 2) the well-appointed, tasteful interior, and 3) the friendly, accommodating owners.

  My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this location. With 6 adults and 1 small child we felt comfortable and not crowded. The setting was great with a view into the forest and ability to walk on trails or out into the forest. The kitchen has been upgraded and was open for group cooking and eating.

  Thank you for providing such a lovely space to stay in Black Butte. We have been to the ranch before, but enjoyed staying at the back end of the ranch in a nicely updated home. Everything in this house feels very high-end. We had two families and there was a great separation of space when needed, esp. with the great room upstairs where the kids could go to watch a movie. I can only imagine in the summer that the bike trails are great fun and the house is very close to the main rec center that has a huge indoor and outdoor pool.

  My friends and I were very happy when we first walked in the house. It's spacious, comfortable and up to date. All the rooms are beautiful, super clean and cozy. Holly was super nice from the beginnig, always ready to answer our questions and making sure I was feeling comfortable with our process. We had a blast and definitely recommend the property to any of our family and friends.
