  Thank you very much for a super stay in your home! This was the first time we rented a villa and we will definitely do it again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking meals. We enjoyed having an entire house (with many bedrooms) to relax in on the days that we lounged around with the kids. A great family place for a holiday.

  Highly Recommended I highly recommend this villa to ANYONE!!!! It was in a beautiful complex and even though there are neighbors in close quarters I never heard a peep out of anyone. We visited Florida for a week and visited all 4 Disney parks, Downtown Disney, Daytona Raceway, and Cocoa Beach. It was located very close to Disney and centrally located to the other things we visited. All rooms and bathrooms were clean with fresh linens and towels. I really like the fact they had a high chair, stroller, and pack n play, as I traveled with my 2 year old. Of course the washer and dryer there was almost mandatory when traveling with 2 children. My 5 y/o absolutely loved the pool and was in it for hours every day. We had a problem with the A/C one day and I called Alan and it was fixed within a few hours. I think that is great no matter if your home or in a hotel. Upon arrival we received a “starter kit” for the home and it was a great way to welcome us and get us started as fair as food for the week. MY FAVORITE PART WAS THAT THE VILLA IS 2 MILES FROM WAL-MART!!! We must have visited it every day for one thing for another.

  We just stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Beautiful property and corner house with a lovely privacy fence around the pool area. Less than 1/2 hr drive to all the major events or shopping. Have stayed here before and the owner and managers are very helpful and respond to any phone calls or emails efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Very clean when we arrived and the few problems we encountered were dealt with promptly. We ate at several great restaurants if we weren't making meals at home. Would recommend The Olive Garden and the Red Lobster in Clermont both were fabulous. Great shopping mall there too...JCPenny's probably got tired of seeing us, also ate at The Bahama Breeze Grill on Rte296 into Orlando on the rhs in the Target Mall entrance...went back a 2nd time to it, Irish pub just past Walmart on other side of road...forget the name...is good too. Too many to mention....also is great big Premium Outlet Mall at very end of International Drive in Orlando...only there an hour but fabulous stores to shop. Cool weather when we arrived, 2nd week fabulous in mid-seventies and was able to swim and sunbathe in the beautiful pool. Next week got cold again....was told warmed up again after we left....can't predict the weather!!!

  This house was perfect for our family! There were 7 adults and 1 child in our group and the house certainly met our needs. From the first email, renting this house was smooth. Graham responded quickly to all of our questions and Allan (property manager) made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and offered to purchase other grocery items if we requested them. The welcome package (instant coffee, tea, milk, cereal, cookies) was appreciated as we arrived on Christmas Day. The only store open was Walgreens! The location was good for the Disney parks. We went during high time so highway 192 was quite slow, but we finally found a faster way by taking State Road 429. It took us 25 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios going this way. The heated pool was nice as well and having a bbq was a bonus. There is an alarm on the patio door so just make sure you push the button for several seconds before going outside or you'll hear how loud it can be! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on the premises. I would highly recommend this property as it was it was well maintained, fully stocked, and clean.

  Our recent stay at Clear Creek was wonderful. There were more than enough beds to accomodate our 2 families, sleeping 7 easily, with beds to spare. The home and grounds were very clean. The kids loved the pre and post disney adventure swims in the well equipped backyard swimming pool. There are several roadhouse/steak restaurants all within a ten minute drive and a walmart around the corner for your convenience. The home itself is in a quiet/clean neighborhood and the vrbo pictures adequately display the comfort of this home. As a first time VRBO renter, we were needless to say very reluctant to rent a home on line, but now we are so happy we did. Having the opportunity to rent a house and having the feeling of home was a much more relaxing atmosphere than being in a hotel room. And what a plus keeping up with the laundry. The property manager was very helpful when we were planning our surprise vacation for our children, the best surprise ever!!! If anyone has children (ours 9,8,7) and has the opportunity to travel to Clearwater Beach, don't misss renting jet skiis or visiting "Little Toot" or one of the other charters at Clearwater, the dolphins love chasing the wake and the kids love the closeness of the dolphins. Daytona Beach goes on for miles and the kids love the waves. Another must to visit is Typhoon Lagoon, very close to Clear Creek and Universal Studios, two of the childrens favorites. The walkway into Universal had great shopping and don't forget the 2 premium outlet malls in Orlando, Mom's favorite. Would I recommend renting Clear Creek? Absolutely!!! Would I do it again? I can't wait!!! Thanks for giving our family the trip of a lifetime.

  My family and I just returned last night from our week-long stay in this home. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the hospitality we were extended. When we arrrived after 10 hours on the road, car full of hungry kids, we were so excited and happy to see that there were staple foods left for us for our arrival, and snacks! Perfect!! We've actually never had an experience like this befre, and it was so nice! The home itself was cooled when we arrived so we were immediately comfortable after our travels. Everything about our stay was very comfortable. The house was well-stocked, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The game room was a big hit for our teens, and especially the pool, stocked with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and pool toys. The pool was just the perfect size for our family, and for my 6-year old to learn how to swim (yes, she actually started swimming on this trip!). The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms so all of our 5 children had plenty of space and privacy. Every room has a TV so no arguing over what to watch. The master bath has a lovely, large walk-in shower. We spent some time at Universal Studios and it was only about 20 miles distance. The home was close enough for an easy drive, but far enough out to avoid the horrible traffic. The nearby restaurants (especially Santa Fe steakhouse) were good and not crowded like those closer to the theme parks. And Walmart right around the corner! Our family will definitely be back for the next theme park vacation.

  We (two families - total 9 people) had the pleasure of staying at Villa Clear Creek for 4 weeks during July/August 2011. Everything from first contact, through the stay and all the way to contact after our stay was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful with everything prior to our trip and during our trip we had the pleasure of talking to the caretaker of the house who was also very helpful and serviceminded. He came by the house only 1 hour after we called him. Even though nothing was wrong with the house - we called him because we didn't know how to use the shredder in the kitchen sink, he was positive and smiling while telling us how it worked :-) Thank you for that :-) The house was very clean and the pool was cleaned several times while we were there. It was like staying at a hotel. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and there were plenty of everything - even for 9 people. Thus I can only recommend staying at this beautiful house while exploring Orlando!
