Villa "ClearCreek" is a very well appointed five bedroom fully air-conditioned villa located in the peaceful setting of Clear Creek at Woodridge. Just off Highway 27 and very close to Highway 192 with all it restaurants, shops and attractions and is approximately ten minutes drive to Walt Disney World. At the entrance to Woodridge on Highway 27 is convenient shopping with a Bank, Pizza delivery, Post office etc. A 24hour Wal-Mart superstore is located only a few minutes drive away.
The non-smoking villa consists of a large family room/dining area with a tiled floor and Patio doors leading to the covered lanai and 30 x 18 pool. Quality Patio furniture with sun loungers are provided on the pool decking. The Pool area is fully enclosed to provide guests with complete privacy and optional electric pool heating is available on request, please see tariff.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There are a further two double rooms, one twin room, and one with themed bunkbeds. These are served by a further bathroom/shower. There is also an additional toilet/washbasin. Four bedrooms are fitted with TV's/Ceiling fans and all bedrooms have been fitted with quality linen and throws.
For guests with infants a cot and high chair are provided.
The double garage has been converted into a games room and has a quality Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball Table and an electronic dart board. More than enough to entertain the family when not out visiting the parks and attractions that abound in the area.

My wife and I were born and still live in Leicester England and have two grown up sons who both enjoy visiting Florida. My wifes sister emigrated to Alaska after marrying an American airman and now live in Florida so plenty of family reunions. We were both attracted to the Floridian lifestyle the sun always shines and there is so much to see and do with the beaches not that far away and of course the world renowned Theme Parks often copied never beaten.

Thank you very much for a super stay in your home! This was the first time we rented a villa and we will definitely do it again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking meals. We enjoyed having an entire house (with many bedrooms) to relax in on the days that we lounged around with the kids. A great family place for a holiday.

We (two families - total 9 people) had the pleasure of staying at Villa Clear Creek for 4 weeks during July/August 2011. Everything from first contact, through the stay and all the way to contact after our stay was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful with everything prior to our trip and during our trip we had the pleasure of talking to the caretaker of the house who was also very helpful and serviceminded. He came by the house only 1 hour after we called him. Even though nothing was wrong with the house - we called him because we didn't know how to use the shredder in the kitchen sink, he was positive and smiling while telling us how it worked :-) Thank you for that :-) The house was very clean and the pool was cleaned several times while we were there. It was like staying at a hotel. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and there were plenty of everything - even for 9 people. Thus I can only recommend staying at this beautiful house while exploring Orlando!

We had a GREAT time visiting this home and it was very clean and very well equipped. We were a large group and there was plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware etc. The pool was GREAT and the owner and the property manager were excellent to deal with and very fair. Alan the property manager was available anytime. We will recommend, which we have already and will stay there again. Love it.

Very lovely house, nice and clean. Supermarket, gasstation, etc, etc, nearby. Very quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and gameroom very much. Close to, Universal, Seawold, Disney and a lot of other parks, only ½ a hour drive away. We would certainly come back again. Kind regards. The 5 danes.

The villa was spotless on our arrival and perfectly suited to our holiday needs. Thoughtful security additions, eg alarm on the patio door meant we had no worries leaving our small children to play. The villa is in a fabulous location, within easy distance of all major attractions. It is also close to a selection of supermarkets and restaurants. We also did a day trip to Daytona Beach which is approximately a 90 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and includes many helpful extras, eg pushchair and highchair.The rooms are all bright and airy and my niece loved her Nemo room. If help is needed Alan, the villa manager is always on hand. He was able to provide helpful and accurate information when one of our party fell ill. Any questions we had before we travelled were answered quickly and accurately and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. We all had a fabulous hoilday and would definately reccomend this villa. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back.

We had a great time staying at this house - The house was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. We used the pool and also played a bit of pool! Alan (the property manager)was also great! Quickly took care of the 2 issues (we accidentally locked the safe shut and the internet modem was dead when we got there). All in all - a very pleasant experience!

Wonderful home! Great location! Puzzles and games, foosball and pool table were all perfect for the evenings after spending time at the parks. The pool was very well maintained, and was refreshing after a day in the Florida sun. The house was arranged so nicely when we arrived! Lots of little things like nitelights, and kitchen utensils were provided that saved trips to the VERY LOCAL Walmart for some of those forgoten items. Overall, the home really helped make the vacation perfect!

We had a party of seven in the villa for two weeks in July. It is very spacious, and is well equipped and maintained. It's in a great location for the parks (Disney +/- 20 minutes), but is still in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is a good size and had plenty of use during our two week stay, as did the games room. Local amenities are good with supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close by. We will definitely be coming back, and can strongly recommend staying here, but be ready to start your diet when you get home:))

oh my goodness where do i start absolutely beautiful,spotlessly clean in such a lovely area, close enough to all the attractions.we could have saved ourselves a fortune our children just wanted to go back to the villa to play in the games room and pool.the weather never even bothered us (tropical storm fay) it was a pleasure to stay in the villa and just chill out ! Thank you so much would deffinatly recommend it had every thing to make our holiday enjoyable and more than enough room for all eight people in our party.

Great family holiday 7 of us in villa, we all had a great time. There was plenty of room for us all. Pool was wonderful and we had lots of fun using it, and we made great use of the games room. Would highly recommend it for couples family and friends. Already book to go next year.
