We (two families - total 9 people) had the pleasure of staying at Villa Clear Creek for 4 weeks during July/August 2011. Everything from first contact, through the stay and all the way to contact after our stay was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful with everything prior to our trip and during our trip we had the pleasure of talking to the caretaker of the house who was also very helpful and serviceminded. He came by the house only 1 hour after we called him. Even though nothing was wrong with the house - we called him because we didn't know how to use the shredder in the kitchen sink, he was positive and smiling while telling us how it worked :-) Thank you for that :-) The house was very clean and the pool was cleaned several times while we were there. It was like staying at a hotel. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and there were plenty of everything - even for 9 people. Thus I can only recommend staying at this beautiful house while exploring Orlando!

We had a GREAT time visiting this home and it was very clean and very well equipped. We were a large group and there was plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware etc. The pool was GREAT and the owner and the property manager were excellent to deal with and very fair. Alan the property manager was available anytime. We will recommend, which we have already and will stay there again. Love it.

Very lovely house, nice and clean. Supermarket, gasstation, etc, etc, nearby. Very quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and gameroom very much. Close to, Universal, Seawold, Disney and a lot of other parks, only ½ a hour drive away. We would certainly come back again. Kind regards. The 5 danes.

Fantastic Villa.

The villa was spotless on our arrival and perfectly suited to our holiday needs. Thoughtful security additions, eg alarm on the patio door meant we had no worries leaving our small children to play. The villa is in a fabulous location, within easy distance of all major attractions. It is also close to a selection of supermarkets and restaurants. We also did a day trip to Daytona Beach which is approximately a 90 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and includes many helpful extras, eg pushchair and highchair.The rooms are all bright and airy and my niece loved her Nemo room. If help is needed Alan, the villa manager is always on hand. He was able to provide helpful and accurate information when one of our party fell ill. Any questions we had before we travelled were answered quickly and accurately and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. We all had a fabulous hoilday and would definately reccomend this villa. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to go back.

We had a great time staying at this house - The house was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. We used the pool and also played a bit of pool! Alan (the property manager)was also great! Quickly took care of the 2 issues (we accidentally locked the safe shut and the internet modem was dead when we got there). All in all - a very pleasant experience!

Wonderful home! Great location! Puzzles and games, foosball and pool table were all perfect for the evenings after spending time at the parks. The pool was very well maintained, and was refreshing after a day in the Florida sun. The house was arranged so nicely when we arrived! Lots of little things like nitelights, and kitchen utensils were provided that saved trips to the VERY LOCAL Walmart for some of those forgoten items. Overall, the home really helped make the vacation perfect!

We had a party of seven in the villa for two weeks in July. It is very spacious, and is well equipped and maintained. It's in a great location for the parks (Disney +/- 20 minutes), but is still in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is a good size and had plenty of use during our two week stay, as did the games room. Local amenities are good with supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close by. We will definitely be coming back, and can strongly recommend staying here, but be ready to start your diet when you get home:))

oh my goodness where do i start absolutely beautiful,spotlessly clean in such a lovely area, close enough to all the attractions.we could have saved ourselves a fortune our children just wanted to go back to the villa to play in the games room and pool.the weather never even bothered us (tropical storm fay) it was a pleasure to stay in the villa and just chill out ! Thank you so much would deffinatly recommend it had every thing to make our holiday enjoyable and more than enough room for all eight people in our party.

We had a lovely family holiday in the villa, where we enjoyed nearly all of the facilities, and used it as a quiet base from the hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks. The weather was fantastic for the entire fortnight, and we didn't want to leave the villa to come home! We like the estate, as it has all the amenities nearby and no more than twenty minutes from all the fun. I hope that we can return there again one day.

The villa was lovely. Everything was exactly s represented on the website. The pool was a big hit with all of us. We spent the end of every day playing in that warm pool, before my youngest daughter's bath. The underwater lighting in the pool gave it a cozy atmosphere after dark, and paying for pool heat was well worth it. We could see the steam coming off the top of the pool every evening. Everything about the house was clean and attractive. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you very much for a super stay in your home! This was the first time we rented a villa and we will definitely do it again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking meals. We enjoyed having an entire house (with many bedrooms) to relax in on the days that we lounged around with the kids. A great family place for a holiday.

This villa is outstanding!! It is nearby all the attractions. It is extremely clean and comfortable. We found that it had everything we needed down to the smallest details. We spent 6 days and will definitely return. The game room is wonderful and the pool was very well used. The screen around the pool keeps all insects away and is a great idea. We’ve stayed at similar villas in the past and this was much less expensive and just as great. I would recommend it to anyone with small or large groups of people. The management company and Graham go out of their way to accommodate you!! Thank you both for a fabulous vacation.

The villa was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean, well maintained, and very modern. The rooms were a bit larger than I had expected and what a great games room! The pool was nice and it came with plenty of extras like floats, waterguns, etc. The covered lanai was also a plus. We had dinner outside many nights. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. We will absolutely use this villa next year when we visit Universal Studios. Thanks Graham - you truly delivered!

Vacationed for 10 days with a total of 9 people (5 children). We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, private villa. We shared with another faimly of 5 and had plently of room for everyone. The access to the pool had a security alarm for anyone traveling with youngones that liked to wander near the pool area. It made us at ease. I can't say enough about the place and will be recommending it to everyone I know. Anytime we had a question or concern we contacted Alan and he was right there taking care of us. Gramham was a pleasant person to talk with and helped us make the "right decision" for our family vacation. We will be booking with Graham.

A wonderful villa. We have been twice in the last 7 months, and will definitely go again.There was just the 2 of us so we had plenty of room. We were here the week of Feb 24 the weather was just fine and Disney was fantastic. The house is absolutely amazing and was better than the pictures. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool where there we all kinds of pool noodles and things to play with, we did leave a few pair of goggles and a pair of water wings to help the next renters. The neighborhood is very quiet great for families. We hope to return next year. Definitely a perfect place to stay I can’t say that enough.

Three couples and one infant used this villa for a week and had a really good time. There was plenty of room and the villa is extremely well appointed and is beautifully maintained, with everything working. It even has hairdriers supplied in two of the bathrooms, meaning less to carry in suitcases! The games room was especially well used, as was the pool. The villa is very convenient for all the parks, even allowing us to take the baby back for his afternoon nap and back to the fun later. Would thoroughly recommend this home and the owners, who have been very easy to deal with. We hope to go back again in the not too distant future.

6/30-7/8/06 - Villa well appointed, comfortable and clean. Four adults and four teenage boys enjoyed the time spent at the villa. The villa was a wonderful place for our families. My grandchildren were either in the pool or the playroom and we all had our own space. We would definately stay there again. It was our first trip to Disney and we all loved it. We even came back speaking to each other and had made some wonderful memories. We stayed in the Villa for Feb. vacation we found it very enjoyable the kids loved the heated pool and we were very close to all the parks as well as a Super Walmart down the road, The house was more than we expected and I wish I had found it sooner after staying at different Hotels I realize this is the way to vacation you get way more room and the appliances have all the comforts of home , especially the blender, washer and dryer . It was nice to have the pool so close instead of a hike to go swimming .

February 4, 2006 - We went with another couple so it was just the four of us. We had a great time. We loved the villa. Decorated very cheerful. We hated to leave. Pool was very warm because we always replaced the pool cover to keep the heat in. Close to grocery stores, etc. Very quite neighborhood and very private because of the large white fence surrounding the lanai. Also, loved swimming at night with the pool lights on. It was awesome. Denise and her husband, who manage the villa were very accomadating and helpful. We will be back.

Very nice 5 bedrom home, 2 1/2 baths. All bedrooms large, very well decorated. DVD's in more than one room--thank you!! Kitchen well supplied with all appliances working. Pool was great, and as we had it heated was terrific even in 64 degree weather!! Pool table and foosball game welcome. Good location for area attractions, post office, groceries, etc. Well maintained. We scheduled a return trip.

What a wonderful villa!!!! The amenities are outstanding!!! Our family of seven had a blast in the gameroom and the heated pool was great! The children all loved having their own bed!! (The only thing that could have been better was the weather!!!!) This villa has a great location...whether you want to go to the attractions or if you just need to go to the grocery or Wal-mart. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Our family loved the villa. The fact that it has five bedrooms gave everyone their own space and yet we could enjoy dinner together in the dining area. It was clean and nicely decorated and the location was perfect. Although the weather was too cool for the adults, the kids enjoyed the heated pool. We would recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking of vacationing in this area. Close to all the attractions and we had no trouble finding our way around. And best of all, Wal-Mart is one light down the road for anything you would need.
