The condo was a perfect location for us gals! We were able to get dolled up and walk into town with a short distance to the restaurants and shops. The condo accommodated all of us very comfortably, we were able to relax, catch up and hang our hat for the weekend. It was very "homey" and inviting. We're already planning our return next year. Great thanks to Roy for all his patience, professionalism and time in securing the home to complete our girl’s weekend! I would absolutely recommend this home and return again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo is in a perfect location for everything. The Traverse Area Recreation Trail (TART) is right at the front door and runs for 17 miles, all the way to Suttons Bay so bring your bike (trail is on Google Maps). Downtown restaurants and shopping are within walking minutes of the front door. Three beaches are within walking minutes from the front door. No need to worry about crossing the busy boulevard, the TART trail runs under the road. Rented jet skis across the road, they also have any type of water craft you would like to rent. Condo was great and is situated on a park with swings, slides, grills, etc... Condo was very comfortable and very clean. Beds where excellent and the decor was excellent. Wireless worked great and the neighbors were very quiet. Two walkout decks. Parking was ample. In all, a great location and a great place to stay. Maybe this was too good of a review and getting the place in the future might be difficult, but the management deserves the praise.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our week at this Traverse City condo. The location was terrific, within a few blocks of all of the downtown attractions. The unit itself was attractive and comfortable, with everything we needed at hand. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any of the many VRBO/Homeaway rentals that we have visited. The owner, Roy, was nice and very prompt in answering any questions that came up. Be sure to visit Clinch Park a few blocks away, where you can rent kayaks or bikes and take Stand Up Paddleboard yoga lessons! We also enjoyed the Mackinaw Brewing Company-- good beer and better-than-average pub fare. Definitely hope to return to this great rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

The whole family had a great stay in traverse city. The condo was great for the kids -- clean, comfortable and centrally located. The park across the street was a nice mainstay -- gave us an easy out when the young ones needed to blow off steam. Very well coordinated arrangements -- kudos to Roy for his handling of the stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo for two weeks in August. It is the perfect location and we took advantage of biking the trails, eating at TC restaurants (we did not go hungry), shopping (we did not leave empty handed), and made three trips to the Wednesday/Saturday farmer's market. There is also a small fruit stand almost immediately behind the condo which is very convenient for cherries, blueberries and corn. Evening cocktail hours were often on the balcony overlooking the park. Very peaceful. We spent more time biking than beaching, but it was nice to have Sunset beach across the street. The condo itself is lovely! So bright with tons of windows, making it the perfect place during good weather and a cozy and inviting home away from home in the rain. Beds are super comfy with great mattresses. Everything is spotless. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Traverse City:
Traverse City and the surround area has something to offer to everyone and being downtown makes it that much better. No matter what your interests may be: golfing, shopping, wine tours, restaurants, festivals, theater, hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, boating, snow sports, epicurean interests, beer tasting, this condo is right in the heart of it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Built in 2004, recently renovated in April of 2013 with tile flooring, this is a unique Midwest getaway. The condo provides a private, cozy atmosphere compared to what a hotel/motel accommodation can provide.
