This very cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished Condo has everything one needs for a great relaxing vacation. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything from blender to barbeque and all the utensils in between. There is a washer and dryer in suit as well as dish towels and bathing towels and all the liens you will need. Every room is equipped with an AC unit so everybody can be as comfortable as need be. There is also cable TV and internet access and i have a couple sets of snorkeling gear and a couple fishing polls for those looking to try there luck at bring home dinner. Community amenities include full use of several pool areas and pool chairs, ranchos for BBQ, parking and 24/7 security.
Playa Coco and Playa Ocotal is located near incredible nightlife, national parks, volcanoes, waterfalls, beaches and some of the best diving and fishing in the country. And the best thing it is only 20 minutes door to door to the Liberia International Airport in the Guanacaste region. This Costa Rica condo is the perfect home away from home. This condominium is in the Villa La Colina #7028 development in Ocotal, Costa Rica.
There is an in house management company at the condo complex so any questions or problems are easily fixed with help of the Colina Property management staff. They are also great for advice on local attractions, local dining and just general inquires about the area and culture.

About the owner: I presently live in Canada in Victoria BC on Vancouver Island. I bought the condo looking to escape the winters here but am finding it hard to get away being so busy with my career so now I am going to share with you.
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco:
I fell in love with the Condo right away and loved the landscaped grounds out front and the view of the pool from the balcony. Me and my family have enjoyed many a night sitting out there and having barbeques and enjoying the local wild life in the midst of all the lush vegetation. On top of it's beauty the Costa Rica locals (ticos) are always friendly and quick to dish out a smiles for all the tourist. It is also great sitting around the pool and making friends from all over the world while being just steps away from your bed.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Staying here is like having a condo in a park the town is close but just far enough away to not here the sounds of traffic and bustle. definitely worth the short commute to town.
