This beautiful 3 BR 2 Bath condo is ready for your vacation! Enjoy the oceanfront balcony, while sipping on your morning coffee, or dine out, and enjoy the view from this 3 rd floor unit.
It has been renovated March 2011, with new bathrooms and showers, kitchen cabinets and counters. Sleeps 8: Beds are 1 King in master + full bath; 1 Queen, 2 Twins share main bath; Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Pergo flooring in the living room, tile in kitchen and bath areas, carpeted bedrooms. There are 4 TV's 3 Flat screens, 3 DVD players, and 1 VCR. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out this lovely condo. Dining area seat 6 with a small breakfast bar.
There is an indoor pool + hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool; 2 charcoal grills; and a small gym.
Waterpointe II is located only 7 blocks from Barefoot Landing, with over 100 shops & restaurants. Enjoy live theater at the Alabama Theatre, concerts at the House of Blues, tour Alligator adventure, a favorite for the whole family, and spend many evenings strolling through Barefoot sampling the many restaurants there: T-Bonz , the Flying Fish, Salsarita's are a few of the favorites.
About 15 minutes further South is Broadway at the Beach, which offers major attractions like Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX theater, the new in 2011, WonderWorks, featuring over 100 hands-on exhibits; the upside down house, 74 MPH hurricane winds, space shuttle, 360-degree virtual roller coaster. Also new is the Pirate themed ropes challenge and a Zip Line Adventure.
New in June 2011 the Dixie Stampede has taken on a totally new look with over $11 million dollars in upgrades to transform this attraction to the new Pirates Voyage, with a Pirate feast included in this dinner showplace.

Very nice beautiful to wake up in the morning to the sights and sounds of the beach. Granddaughters loved the little bedroom.

If you are looking for a home away from home then this beach rental is for you. With a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, and several flat screen TVs, it has all the comforts of home. Not to mention oceanfront views, access to a private beach, two swimming pools, and a hot tub. In family friendly North Myrtle Beach, it is a close drive to downtown Myrtle Beach and very close to Boardwalk on the Beach and other family friendly attractions. This beach rental is immaculately kept and is a place you will want to come back to time and time again!

My husband and I have vacationed here several times, and LOVE this condo - especially following the upgraded remodeling in almost every room. We've always found the condo to be clean and well maintained, and the location is close to many restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend Waterpointe II, Property 346378 to anyone looking to visit North Myrtle Beach.

We have spent our vacation here for the past 8 years and we love it! The condo is clean and beautifully updated. With two pools to choose from and the ocean at our doorstep our family really has an opportunity to relax and reconnect. The beach is safe and we love taking long walks together. And when we've had enough beach time there are lots of things to do and places to eat close by! We highly recommend this vacation location!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo and I would highly recommend it. It was very modern and the view on the balcony is gorgeous, especially if you are up to watch the sun come up. The condo is very clean and has a very easy access to the beach.The pictures that I was shown are very accurate. The description of the condo was exactly how I found it. It is perfect for a family or just a couple's romantic getaway. It is very close to Barefoot Landing and the Alabama Theater, and many good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I had stayed at this condo a few years ago and had a wonderful vacation but this time with all the remodels done to the condo. Wow! The newly remodeled bathrooms, Kitchen and flooring were done so well and felt wonderful! Everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen and we loved our times sitting on the balcony watching the swimmers and the sunsets! It was such a relaxing time and of course Myrtle Beach has got EVERYTHING to offer for food or activities. I will definitely return in years to come for relaxation or family times or activity filled times!

Thank you for opening your condo to us. We really enjoyed the stay. The boys loved the pools. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the ocean.. Condo was clean and at a GREAT location. Everything was beautifully decorated. We will be back next year.
