THE BIG EASY is a beautiful, four-story house built in 2002 with 2800 square feet with everything to offer. There are three balconies all covered with furniture on all three levels, with breathtaking views of the Gulf, and the private pool(HEATER IS ALSO AVAIL.) which has outdoor speakers for your convenience. The gated community is always a plus for those of you that have children. You are about 75 yards from your own private beach.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, one of which has two sets of bunk beds (XBox for the kids). One room has French doors that lead to the pool, and shares a bathroom with another bedroom.
The second floor has your gourmet kitchen and huge family room with a complete entertainment center, with a bedroom off the side.
The entire third level is the master suite with its own private balcony. This room offers a sitting area with a computer and a sound system. The bathroom has double vanities with separate tile shower and jacuzzi tub.
The fourth floor is an observation deck that lets you sit comfortably and see for miles.
