Our MILLION DOLLAR PLUS condo in Jade East is one of the most luxurious, Gulf-front condominiums in Destin! You have spectacular, panoramic views of the Gulf. This impecably decorated condo was just remodeled. It is the most high end condo in the building. Travertine and hardwood floors throughout. Granite counter tops and Bosch stainless steel appliances. There is a High Definition flat screen TV with wall mounted sound system. Digital cable with all the music channels. Furniture is all new. Master bedroom has Tempurpedic mattress. High from the 14th floor you feel like you are looking hundreds of miles out into the Gulf, it is just gorgeous. Our condo is on the east side and has more windows looking into the ocean than the west side of the building. The building features a lagoon-style pool and large hot tub. There is a full fitness room that looks out onto the pool area and the beach. You are just steps from the beach (no road to cross). Bring your DVDs,and CDs, and have fun. Wi-Fi hi high speed internet access. The condo has everything you could need. There are four DVD players, one for each bedroom and one in the living room(you can play cd's from them as well). The Gulf-front side has angled glass from floor to ceiling even in the master bedroom. You have tennis just downstairs as well as a private parking space. The condominium is gated as well as the pool area, so you feel secure.

This condo is just beautiful, from the complex to the actual unit. Our children felt like they were at home with the books and games that were provided. View is just gorgeous too! We literally sat on the couch and watched dolphins in the water! Pool and hot tub area very nice as well. It was definitely a plus too that the owners are very easy to deal with and we are definitely looking forward to returning in the near future!

I've recently rented this condo with my wife and two adult children. We had a great time. The location is perfect, the sand is pristine and like baby powder. The water was fantastic and the weather cooperated. The condo has been recently updated and has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and nice SS appliances. The bathrooms are very cute and really match the decor of the house with it's "coastal" ambiance. The only improvement I could recommend is a new set of pots and pans. We had some "sticking / burning" issues but of course that could have been a result of my cooking too. LOL. Thanks again Len and Jacque for a great family vacation. We loved your condo and plan on returning next year.

My family and I have stayed at Jade East in several different condos for the past 3 years sometimes 2x a year. This condo was our favorite, most beautiful view of the ocean from den and master bedroom. The master bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to get a good night sleep away from my own bed.The ms windows had nice darkened pull curtains in case you want to sleep late!! The ms bath was very large and nice. The new green guest bathroom with was beautiful with a very large new shower. The kitchen was roomy, brand new, beautiful and everything was clean. The pictures on the vrbo ad really do not do it justice. It is so much nicer than they show. The seat cushions near the den window is such an added area for extra seating or just to sit and watch the ocean The balcony view was nice also. It was very clean and well maintained. We are thankful to be able to stay for a week here and hope we can stay here our next visit to Destin

Very comfortable king bed. Best price for luxury unit. We have stayed in Jade East before after many summers vacations in Destin. We really liked having 3 separate bathrooms. Very good floor plan for a lot of people. I will continue to make it my first option in the future. Owners were very cooperative. The only thing I would have changed would have been a coded front door entrance instead of keyed. Only because we locked our selves out upon first arriving, that was quite a bummer. Hopefully we can use this unit for our next trip. Thanks you to the owners for keeping it so well equipped.
