  My family and I were stunned with each and very aspect of this home and all I had to offer. It's owners did an incredible job of preparing their property for guests who were there to make memories of a lifetime. From four different states we arrived and our mouths fell to the floor as we entered and our joy climaxed time and again as we discovered more about this home and it's locale. We will definitely hope to return for future travels!

  Our family spent 10 wonderful days, including Thanksgiving in this amazing home. This house lives up to all it's promises. The views are incredible, the home is spacious, the walk to the beach really is short and the beach is awesome. The main gathering area was perfect to hang out all together as a family. We loved the two fridges and the awesome warming drawer. We enjoyed watching the ocean and the surfers off the deck. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, especially for all our kids. The owners were very nice and responsive to all our needs. We did everything from Disneyland to Sea World, a fire on the beach to playing games at the house. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

  We were blessed to be all together (13 family members) to celebrate my husband's retirement. Your home is amazing and so conducive to large family gatherings; providing large enough areas to all be together; and enough area to allow for private time. Having the pool was great and the proximity to the beach was ideal. We cooked almost all our meals at home. Your home provided the back drop for priceless memories - I do think the favorite gathering spot was "Deck 1" as we called it. The family would highligh recommend your home.

  Absolutely gorgeous home, just like the photos! We had 8 adults and 5 teen-age boys and we lots of room. The boys hung out downstairs arond the ping-pong table or in the swimming pool. We were so close to the beach, we could hear the ocean at night. Cooking in the "high end" kitchen was a delight. The refrigerator was so big, one of the teenages remarked, "Oh, look, there's another bedroom!" We were close to the pier and delicious Clam Chowder! Be sure to have Mexican Food @ La Tiendita and a Deli Sandwich @ Billie's! They are both the BEST! We definately would recommend this property!

  Rarely does a rental property live up to the advertising (video/photos/descriptions) - - - but this property exceeded our expectations! My wife and I hosted our two adult sons and their families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids) for almost a week. The house is beautiful and very well furnished. Every room was spacious. The pool and spa provided great entertainment for all, but especially the kids. The 180 degree view of the ocean from the house is spectacular, and it's a very short walk to a wonderful beach. Thanks to the Speth's for providing such a nice San Clemente home for our family vacation.

  This was the most awesome house I have ever rented! We had 4 families with 15 people and had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and the views are the best. We did not ever want to leave. The owners are great with everything being exactly as was stated on VRBO. The property manager was quickly available for anything you might need. My family loves San Clemente for the beach and the easy going atmosphere and also the close proximity to anything you want to do from L.A. to San Diego. We hope to return to this house soon!

  We rented this gorgeous property for two weeks in March. The views were SPECTACULAR. We loved watching the surfers from the huge decks. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The inside of the house is so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could need and in abundance. The pool and hot tub area is a private oasis. We barely left the property because we enjoyed being there so much. We have already recommended this property to others and will definetely be back ourselves!

  We rented this house for my sister's 60th birthday and couldn't have been more pleased! There was enough space for each couple to spread out and relax. The views were spectacular and the walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which are located in a nice private back yard. The kitchen was well equiped and large enough for more than one person to work in at the same time. We loved everything about this house and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a large house with beautiful views. We would stay here again.

  Our family had the most wonderful ten day vacation at this home this summer. The layout of the home was perfect for together time and alone time.The nightly sunsets from the patio's (several of them) were breath taking. The pool area was private with sunset views as well. Our adult kids spent the evening's after the grand kids went to bed at "the grotto"...(the jacuzzi). They still talk about going back to "the grotto". Many wonderful memories were made at this lovely vacation home. We hope to return soon. The owners were so easy to communicate with and their "local care taker" was on the spot offering help with anything we needed. We left a camera charger and it was mailed back to us before we even had a chance to call and say we had left it.The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a large vacation home and the opportunity to enjoy San Clemente.
