  I had the pleasure of staying this property in 5/12. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with very tasteful furniture. It's close to everthing would ever need. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

  After several stays in Panama City Balboa Avenue, this is is by far our favorite place . This unit is a gem for its corner location, offering an absolutely unique and fantastic view from Punta Paitilla to as far as Casco Viejo. The Unit is very clean, spacious and well kept . The bedroom has a queen bed and this was our hesitation, being used to king beds but this bed and pillows are indeed comfortable, the linen really fresh and immaculate. The bedroom is large, airy and bright. It offers two convenient working desks and a desk chair. The good blackout curtains added up to the sleeping comfort of this room. The sofa bed in the bedroom accommodates one extra person. The walk in closed has ample space for hanging, sufficient drawers, shelves and a safe. The main bathroom with its great view over the bay was a very pleasant surprise: the full glass wall with a sliding windows is a delight while the blinds provided offered total privacy when needed. What a great plus for a bathroom! Nice toiletries are provided to guests as well. The living / dining areas enjoy great views : they are spacious, comfortable and bright . The kitchen has all the needed equipment but limited cabinet space for groceries. The Bayfront Tower building is in a perfect location, very well maintained, with a great panoramic pool and a well appointed social area . You can easily access Bayfront Tower by taxi or own vehicle and drive in – out or through it comfortably. A definite plus in the city. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful at all times. The Lobby area is nicely decorated with fine artwork and furniture. The Elevators lobby at the apartment floors is terrace style with spectacular views,: open, spacious, airy and bright. Last but absolutely not least: the Owner is a very kind, accommodating and welcoming host, always there for you and ready to assist at any time. We could not ask for more.

  From the moment we arrived, everything went perfect. Margarita arranged to have Carlos pick us up (for a small fee) at the airport. We were going to rent a car, but after seeing the crazy traffic decided against it. Margarita made arrangements for our key at the front desk and met us later. The condo is everything you see in the pictures, only better. The view was amazing. The condo was spotless with everything we needed. The location is great. We could walk (exactly 1 mile) 20 minutes to the market and wine store. Taxis were everywhere. Across the street is a wonderful walking promanade along the water. Lots of Restaurants were only 2 blocks away. Old town is a 7-8 minute ($3.00) cab ride. Don't hesitate to rent this place. For tours, I used Gamboa, which was a little bit more expensive, but well worth it.

  First of all, these people are very proffesionals. Mr. Carlos picked us up at the airport as requested, then we met Mrs. Margarita who was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment living room wall is all glass overlooking the bahia of Panama. This is what we wanted, this was the reason for our visit...it was the view, just awesome. Internet was a plus, A.C was a plus, the gym , the pool. Beautiful clean apartment and well kept. Thanks again Margarita, hope to see you soon.

  We stayed in Margarita's apartment for 4 nights during a recent trip to Panama. It was FABULOUS!!! The apartment is even better than the pictures- it's modern, immaculately clean, well located and has great amenities. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view and took advantage of the patio as much as we could. We also loved the rooftop pool with incredible views of the skyline. Margarita was quick to respond to questions prior to our trip and arranged airport transfers for us with Carlos (he was great and we really appreciated having reliable pick up/drop off to and from the airport). The only slight snafu was that we had the incorrect wifi password the first night- this wasn't a major issue but did hinder us from communicating with the third person in our group who had major travel delays that impacted her arrival times. We had the correct password by the next morning and had uninterrupted internet access the rest of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and just wish our time in Panama City had been longer so we could extend our time in the apartment :) Until next time!

  Margarita, the owner replied very quickly to our booking request and provided us all the information needed. The only downside was that she would only accept cash payments, but this seems to be common practice here. On our arrival after a long flight, we appreciated the apartment fully reflecting the description on the site, and the views, that were just stunning. Being surrounded by just windows, it is normal that you'll hear some traffic noise, but you get used to it quickly. As we enjoy cooking rather than eating out all the time, we were pleased to find the seafood market within a good half an hour's walk along the Costa Cintera, as well as a well stocked supermarket at 15-20 minutes' walk. The kitchen is very well equipped, and it had every single utensil you would need, so that we could enjoy cosy dinners at home, overlooking the skyline of Panama, and the ships lining up to enter the canal. To conclude, we really appreciated the beautiful setting of Margarita's apartment.

  We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. The best part is the view, extending from Punta Paitilla to Casco Viejo and out the Amador Causeway . . . lovely during the day and at night. Margarita took good care of us and made the rental process easy. The building is clean, comfortable, and secure. Even the doormen were friendly and helpful - they gave us good directions multiple times. There is a Reba Smith supermarket a short walk away, and the VIP movie theater next door was a luxurious experience. All in all, this is a great place to stay.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this Bayfront apartment for 5 nights last week. We have stayed at many VRBO apartments in Europe and the US. We were very impressed with this one. To begin with, Margarit is a very attentive manager who is available to answer all questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views really are spectacular from the entire apartment. It rained every day we were there so we spent more time in the apartment than we normally do and were so grateful for the comfort and views this apartment provided. I highly recommend this apartment for long or short stays in Panama City.

  Our stay here was the best you could ever get. Being the first time down from Vancouver Canada we did not know where to stay. But with the help of this owner margarita we found the best place. Margarita and all the staff at bay front towers were very helpful and kind. The owner margarita went out of her way to help us on anything we asked her. If you goto panama and want some who is honest and will help out you have to stay here. This is so great you would not even expect it but it's not only the place it the owner (She is great ,fantastic,etc). Wow if you stay at any of Margaritas condos you will feel like ,wow this is fantastic. The best condo and person to deal with. We had the best time ever and will come back again. We will stay at margaritas condo 100% for sure. You will love it that I can say as fact. Email her and see you will be very pleased . I hope that you will not be renting from her when we come down soon as we will be glad to rent from her when we are there. Anyway , Just wanted to tell all of you this is a great rental and owner. Everyone at bay front tower is the most helpful even if you can not speak spanish. As for me only english. Nice part of town with Bella vista grocery store a few short blocks away. Dining and everthing in walking distance. I would say this is one of the best places you will find. Try it give an e-mail and talk to the owner and I think you will agree that this is on of the best places in Panama city.   My wife and I rented this apatment for 8 days in March 2011. We could not have been more pleased. We have been to Panama City 7 times in the last 4 years and rented apatments each time. This was our best . The location is perfect for business or pleasure. The views are the best in Panama City. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Everything worked , the apartment is well maintaned and the doorman spoke english. This building is on a very busy highway, Ave. Balboa, so bring ear plugs if you can't sleep the sound of trafic. With that said, this is a problem anywhere on Ave. Balboa. We hope to stay there again.
