The resort pool is a breathtaking crisp blue colour also set in the gardens. Check the surf to decide if your surfing out front, at south Kingscliff or at the famous Norries Headland commonly known as Caba head.
Great coffee is a short walk away as is the Sand Bar & Grill which often has local live music. The tennis courts, gym and lap pool are all available for you to use, included in your booking.
The kitchen is equipped with stone top benches, gas cooktop, a microwave oven & dishwasher. Parking is easy with the security parking under complex and an an elevator for your comfort. The walking path leads you to Norries Headland a short 2km walk, run or stroll. Easy dining options are also within walking distance to Cabarita Beachfront Village.
 
The apartment is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave and so on.
We do take a pre-authorisation of a credit card for the security deposit. NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees if applicable.
