My husband and some friends decided to take a small break from work and took a mini vacation at this place, and it was definetly worth it! I'd like to add that the owner was very nice and easy to work with. This was a last minute decision and he helped out with all the minor details, the personnel at Suntide II was great (especially Melinda), and the location..WONDERFUL. Not only was this a ground floor unit which lead directly to the pool and jacuzzi, but it lead straight to the beach volleyball area. We definetly enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious and everything you need for a great weekend/week.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We just returned back to Minnesota and I must say it was worth the long drive. The view was incredible. We rented 2 bikes and rode on the beach which was a fabulous memory. My teenage daughters enjoyed each having their own bed. We had long beach walks, shell collecting ...found some huge ones on the north part of the island. We utilized the kitchen to reduce expenses of going out to eat. We went on the Pirate boat ride and saw tons of dolphins. Sunset dinners at Pier 19 and Louies on the bay side. Went to mass in Port Isabel, did a little shopping, and saw the lighthouse museum But the best part of all was just enjoying the view and reading a book. South Padre Island was beautiful. I would love to go back. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Robert, We just got back from our stay in your Condo. We loved it! It was perfect and we had alot of fun. The staff at Suntide was very nice and always helpful. But I wanted to make a comment on one in particular. Aurora was very friendly and very helpful. If we asked her where something was in town and she did not know she found out for us. I want you to please pass this on to her supervisor. I worked in a ski resort condominium complex in Snowmass Village, Colorado. I was in management and I would have loved to have had her on my staff. I know from being in the hospitality business that you do not hear the positive things about your employees; you only hear if they made a mistake. No mistakes from Aurora. She was a delight to deal with and very good at her job. No question we will be back. T. Swift Grove, Ok

Hi Robert, We just returned from our nine day stay in your fantastic condo and you were right, I would have loved to stay and not come home. This is the best set up we have had. The location was awesome. It was so wonderful for my kids to just run out the door and be on the beach or pool both within steps. That was also the warmest pool I have ever been in. You could see the ocean from every room except for the second bedroom. Your condo was very clean and comfortable! You were also so caring and accomadating and it was greatly appreciated! We had a fabulous vacation and it all started with you. Thanks again for everything! Can't wait to come back and when that time comes it will definately be here! Thanks, The Kralovec Family

Robert, My husband and I had such a great time on our vacation at S. Padre. A great deal of the credit goes to your lovely condo! We couldn't believe your unit was so spacious and nicely furnished, not to mention a very well-equipped kitchen. The view was breathtaking, just as you had said. We're looking forward to our next visit to # 104.

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from the condo is breathtaking. It was extremely convenient for our family to be on the first floor and so close to the beach! We especially enjoyed watching and listening to the waves of the beach from the private patio. We would recommend this condo to everyone that we know! Thank you!
