Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe is the true mountain experience. This cozy home is nestled just three miles from downtown Breckenridge.
A gorgeous rock fireplace that is two-sided so you can enjoy the fire from both rooms divides the Great Room and Dining Room. The Great Room is a wonderful gathering place with tons of seating for your gathering. Included are a TV, DVD, Satellite and Stereo with a CD player. The gourmet Kitchen has all the conveniences that a chef could ask for; granite countertops, large side-by-side refrigerator, state of the art cook top and double oven/ microwave.
The upper floor offers two Master Bedrooms, one with a second rock fireplace and private deck, both with their own private Bathrooms and beautiful log furniture. And the Loft offers views along with a gorgeous mountain chandelier to light up the entire foyer and loft area.
The garden level has two Bedrooms with two Bathrooms, a Family Room with a large TV, DVD, a Nintendo Wii and tons of board games for your family's entertainment.
The secluded outdoor Hot Tub is just a few steps from the Family Room to a great private retreat after taking advantage of the many activities Breckenridge has to offer. This is a great place to relax with friends and family or just share quiet moments under the stars.
This house has the finer finishes, which include but are not limited to the following: hard wood floors, carpet, granite countertops, ceramic tile bathrooms, custom lighting, etc.

Bedroom One offers a king bed and will sleep two.
Bedroom Two offers a queen bed and will sleep two.

For additional sleeping you will find two portable twin beds located in the bunkroom closet with the linens.

4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access: Gondola is just 2.5 miles
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
The tax rate is 5.775%.
