**Please note**Sunbird caters to families and couples and young adults. Spring and Summer weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. There is a 3 night minimum to rent this unit. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT the person who rents unit is responsible for the unit and must reside in the unit for the entire stay. No subletting allowed, you may not rent this unit for someone else with out owner approval.

The unit is clean,refreshing and enjoyable! The unit has a great ocean beach view, with a beach front balcony. Please don't miss the beautiful evening sunset you can enjoy right off your Balcony or next door at Pineapple Willey's dock. The view is spectacular. You can see it all.
There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November 1st through April 1st. Amusement parks, golf, night clubs, and fine dining are located near by. Located steps from dining and right next to Pineapple Willey's and shopping. Property is near ***"Ripley's Believe it Or Not". Enjoy shopping at the new Pier Park Mall.
*****All renters must be listed on rental agreement when agreement is signed, and no others may stay/sleep in unit. Maximum 4 people. We first came to Panama City Beach in 2003, I absolutely fell in love with the white sandy beaches and clear blue water. I love to visit as much as I can and enjoy helping others do the same.

Me and my wife stayed at "ANDELA'S condo from 7-16-11 to 7-23-11 and we just loved it. The condo is close to evcerything you want to do. It's all within walking distance from alot of things. Put Put, Go Carts, Stores and Places to eat.The bed sleeps good and the condo is very clean and nice. The view from the condo is great. Rather you believe it or not me and my wife are 47 years old and we have never seen the ocean before we r just a couple with very limmited means. This was the first time for us. My momma and me has always wanted to go but we never did. My mother passed july 25 2011 from her 7 year battle with cancer. The money she left me after she passed is how me and my wife finally got to go to panama city beach for the firt time. This trip was going to be ruff on me and i knew it but i had to go and i loved it. I hope my momma got to see the ocean through my eyes and was amazed like i was. I was praying she did anyway. Well when i got onto vrbo with my story looking for a place to stay ANGELA was the first to replay and she was very nice,easy and very helpful to book her condo. I may never get to go again but if i do i will want to go back to her condo again. It was great, everything about it was. So my god bless you angela and your family for helping mine. I will recommend her condo to anyone. It's good for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room. Give her a call because if you want a good place to stay for the money she has it. My family and I rented a condo for the first time. Angela made it so easy and was readily available by text when a question came up. The unit is in the center of everything and is very close to a Super Walmart. Clean, cute, and homey.

Had a wonderful time. Owner was very helpful from start to finish. Condo is exactly the way the pics look and description is spot on. The bed is sooooo comfortable!! Will be renting again next year. Couldn't have been a more perfect vacation.

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo. It was right on the beach and a short walk to Pineapple Willie's. It's cute, well-stocked condo, and beautifully decorated. The owner was extremely helpful in all of our correspondences. We will definitely rent again when we return to Panama City Beach. Thanks!

We had such a nice time and enjoyed staying here.. The place is clean very comfortable. Great location, close to everything! The owners were very helpful and made our stay that much more pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again!!

We LOVED the condo! Close to everything you would possibly want to see, do, or eat! My husband is a doer, while I am a do-nothing on vacation, and it suited the both of us great. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! We will definitely be staying there again! Oh yeah, Pineapple Willy's next door is fantastic for a late night snack!
